La Cascata In Firenzuola

We booked during a motorcycle tour, and I have to say it was a nice surprise. As soon as you enter, you find yourself in an old-fashioned bar and are immediately greeted by the truly friendly and kind staff who lead us to a small but cozy room. We begin to order and shortly afterward the food arrives, everything very good and with generous portions. What can I say....clean environment, good food, and welcoming staff...we'll definitely be back 👍

The restaurant is a bit dated but tidy and clean, and the staff are very friendly. The food is exceptional, the pasta is homemade, everything is good, and the prices are fair. Recommended.

We had lunch, everything was perfect. Fiorentina is a sure thing. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient.

A place from another era, sincere and honest. Authentic flavors that immediately put you at ease, as do the staff. A legend for me, having stayed there over 50 years ago, I experienced the same sensations (with a bit of a heavy heart, I admit). Franco is unfailing: thank you for the excellent dishes and for making me feel like a child again.

I was very satisfied with the food and service. I had the grilled meat, and it was plentiful and tasty. It's a shame the location is a bit too "rustic," but that's okay.

This place has the look of a typical old-fashioned bar, the kind that has sadly given way to lounges and the like. We stopped for a coffee ☕ before heading to Firenzuola, sitting outside at one of the tables along the main road (the former Strada statale 610 Selice or Montanara Imolese, to be precise). The stretch of road where this establishment is located is very picturesque; a few meters ahead, in fact, a bridge over the Santerno River marks the border between the municipalities of Firenzuola and Castel del Rio (and therefore also between two different provinces and regions), all in the splendid landscape of the Santerno valley. If I'm not mistaken, there should also be rooms 🛏 for overnight stays on site. In any case, the coffee is good 😋 ☕ (also on the menu for only 1 euro 💶) and the owner is kind 👩🏻. Across the street, a small parking lot 🅿️ offers a few parking spaces 🚘. RECOMMENDED 👍. Those old-fashioned places. We arrived at 3 and the gentleman made us two delicious sandwiches. One was even vegetarian. After a long service on a Sunday after August 15th, he was still quick and friendly (in his own way) and kept us entertained. People were playing cards outside. Great!
