Went with friends for lunch. A charming place, excellent dishes with refined flavors, very friendly and helpful staff. You can choose between the à la carte menu or the tasting menu. I chose an appetizer, a first course, and a second course, which I split for €50. Money well spent for the culinary experience.

We stayed at the Podere dell'Etna Segreta for the Immaculate Conception weekend, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed; we would have liked to explore more of the estate itself, surrounded by greenery, but unfortunately the weather didn't allow it. The dinner was magnificent, with refined gourmet dishes, accompanied by professional and punctual service. We will most likely return in the summer, so we can relive it all and enjoy the pool.

We had a wonderful three-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are stylishly furnished and well-equipped, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is modern and in keeping with the character of the property. The breakfast was absolutely sufficient for our taste; we particularly enjoyed the fresh homemade paninis. The pool area is fantastic, quiet with a view, and the pool is super nice and extremely clean. In the evening, the restaurant serves excellent food in a beautiful atmosphere with a spectacular view and sunset. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime!

The name "The Power of Secret Etna" already intrigues you with its originality and aura of novelty, but even more so is the reality of the place, which surprises you with its beautiful blend of rustic and elegant elements. The winding dirt road welcomes you and immerses you in a succession of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees, and aromatic plants that surround the accommodation: the expertly restored palmento, the rustic and panoramic patio where dinners are held, the modern and functional pool, the cozy and comfortable cottages, and above all, the very kind and friendly owners. To say we had a wonderful time is an understatement, because the tasting dinner was perfect in both quality and quantity, washed down with the excellent, intense and harmonious "Le Cucche" wine they produce. The comfortable space in front of our cottage was used for the original breakfast served in a charming wooden box. What remains of this stay is the perfect harmony between the members of the family who own the estate, the innovative and delicate cuisine, and the pleasant usability of the harmoniously combined spaces and spaces. A highly recommended stay!

We spent seven nights in this little haven of peace. Hidden away at the end of a tiny path. The view is extraordinary. We were peaceful in a small cottage. Everything is clean and well-kept, and Mario and his family gave us a warm welcome. The restaurant offers fine and delicious dishes. Every morning, we had breakfast delivered directly to us, according to our choices. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. It was everything we needed. Hotel: - Fantastic location, slightly cooler in midsummer than the sweltering heat in the valley - At night, you can see the lava spectacle of Mount Etna from the hotel - Beautiful rooms - Wonderful pool - Very welcoming hosts - Very quiet - Perfect starting point for hikes on Mount Etna Restaurant: - Delicious, modern Sicilian cuisine with special dishes - Excellent service - Fantastic terrace - For outsiders: Ring the bell at the gate and hop down the gravel road. It's worth it. The hosts also speak English.

I can't speak to the rooms as we didn't stay here. However we did have dinner here and it was out of thia world good! The chef makes everything in house, and they were very accommodating for my vegetarian needs. They showed us around the grounds when we arrived and told us a little history of the old wine press from the 1600's. Thanks for such a great experience!

Fantastic place, Mario was very kind. Two days of absolute relaxation... I'll be back.
