Positive: very friendly family, clean, quality finish of the rooms and real charm of the place
Negative: family service with its advantages and disadvantages, very high restaurant prices despite uneven quality and amateur level of cuisine (uncontrolled cooking and flavors) + an exorbitant bill of 16 euros for three bowls of industrial chips.
Conclusion: unsatisfactory value for money, tourist prices.

Fantastic sensory experience. I'm so happy to have celebrated my birthday and that of my partner in this enchanting place on the slopes of Etna. What can I say, in addition to the breathtaking natural panorama, there is a lot of attention to the smallest details from the location to the cuisine prepared by chef Francesca. Excellent service, organic food presented to diners with elegance so much so as to delight first the eyes and then the palate, all accompanied by a red wine of own production. In my humble opinion, the excellent result is achieved by the passion and love that the members of this fantastic family (Mario, Concetta and the splendid twins Francesca and Emma) put into everything they do.

Location incantevole con un’accogliente sala ristorante ricavata in un antico palmento del 1600.
Ottime e particolari le pietanze, noi abbiamo scelto il percorso degustazione che ci ha soddisfatto appieno.
Sicuramente ci ritorneremo per provare l’esperienza del pranzo all’aperto sul terrazzino.

Place immersed in the Biancavilla countryside among vines and olive trees.
The dining room is very nice, a mix of rustic and elegance.
Unfortunately I wasn't convinced by the lunch.
The appetizer lives up to expectations more or less, the tastings are particular and refined.
In one of the first, the parcel, the dough was raw at the ends; really a shame because the toppings were good.
The second course of meat is not bad, the scottona presented itself well, soft and cooked to perfection.
The dessert was poor, the cream puffs were dry/dry and with very little cream.
So I believe that the place has great potential but the cuisine needs to be improved in many aspects, from the quality of the dishes to the almost ceremonial times.
There can be an initial wait of half an hour but then two and a half hours from the first course to the dessert, no! Sufficient quality/price ratio.

It was a wonderful experience! We went to this beautiful place during the Christmas period and spent an unforgettable day full of nature and good food (and excellent wines!). We spent the first part of the day visiting the farm and then moving on to the cooking class with Francesca, really professional and very nice!! We prepared some delicious tortelloni which Francesca then cooked for us, enhancing the flavours, to enjoy them later during lunch. The dining room is truly a marvel! Attention to the smallest details, and with a large fireplace that makes the atmosphere truly enveloping. All the dishes we tasted were delicious, the starters really impressed us! Finally we felt very pampered by Jack, truly excellent in his service and presence in the room, you are truly an excellent team!!!! Congratulations, we will definitely be back!! 100% recommended!!! You will not regret it!

We stayed one night, an elegant and modern, very clean room with a personal fireplace surrounded by Etna greenery. The main structure is an old farmhouse renovated respecting the original style. The elegant and charmingly furnished restaurant, inside a large welcoming fireplace. The dinner was exceptional, both starters, first courses and desserts. Very kind and professional staff. Recommended for a relaxing weekend in the nature of Etna.
