Location surrounded by nature, on the slopes of Etna, from which it is possible to admire a beautiful panorama. Excellent cuisine and very friendly and welcoming staff. The whole thing…. it best represents the soul of the owner.

Personale gentilissimo e preparato.

This hotel is truly exceptional — one of the best I've ever experienced. The attention to detail and warm hospitality of the Grasso family, who owns and operates this place, make it truly stand out. From curated decor to thoughtfully arranged amenities, everything here feels carefully designed to offer comfort and relaxation. Breakfast in bed is a treat, and the on-site restaurant serves incredible local foods and wines, many of which are produced right on their beautiful property! The Grasso's have crafted a genuine, peaceful haven that blends perfectly with the natural surroundings of Mt. Etna

I'm eating on a Sunday for lunch, the place is clean and well looked after, I was expecting something more in the tasting menu, good raw materials but the quantities were a little sacrificed, in the first one there were maybe 5/7 forkfuls of pasta and a little overcooked. The high price for what I ate, 50 euros, seemed excessive to me.

Discovered by chance we literally fell in love with this enchanting place and their refined cuisine. I highly recommend the tasting menu which allows you to taste the chef's incredible culinary creations. Despite what you might think, the portions are perfect, created in the right quantities to complete the true "tasting" of all the dishes. The impeccable service, praise to the girl who manages the room! We are back and will always return with immense pleasure!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming little wine farm! The location is perfect—just far enough from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet, but close enough to still feel connected. The views of Mount Etna in the distance were breathtaking, adding to the magic of the place.
The staff were so warm and kind, and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Traveling with a 2-year-old can sometimes be tricky, but they made us feel right at home, which we appreciated so much.
I truly hope we get the chance to come back again one day. And a special mention for their wine—it's absolutely fantastic!

Well laid out, family hotel with small bungalows. Host Mario creates a great atmosphere in which you immediately feel welcome. The bungalows are well equipped and lovingly furnished, each bungalow has a small terrace. Breakfast can be ordered in the evening and is then delivered warm in the morning. And everything tasted excellent. The restaurant offers a beautiful terrace with a view of the valley. The food is freshly prepared and tastes excellent. You can also drink wine from your own production. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
