You don't have to eat in the restaurant; you have to make a reservation there, but rather go next door where the pizza is made. It's a dining experience. Surrounded by Italians and by a pizza oven. Watching the pizza being made is simply amazing. We were there two evenings... both times absolutely delicious and the price was great. Highly recommended.

05/12/2025: Excellent schiacciata, not too salty, crunchy, and just the right amount of height, well-stuffed with whatever you choose, and...at the right price! (P.S.: Better than the more famous one...)
29/11/2025: One of the best schiacciatas in Florence! Luckily, I get to go there often, and it's a real treat. So many ingredients for so many combinations! I recommend the one with citrus pesto!
