La Capricciosa In Donnas

I had the pleasure of trying the La Capricciosa at Donners Italien Pizza – and it was simply outstanding! The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings fresh, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. You can tell the food is cooked with love and skill. The service was also consistently friendly and attentive. The waitresses took their time, were warm, and courteous – you feel truly welcome as a guest.

We were there months ago... And we returned on Saturday 13th July....A lovely evening, we enjoyed the appetizer and tender meat with parmesan tomatoes and rocket and Val d'Aosta. Owners and staff very kind and attentive to customers. Congratulations also for the possibility of listening to thirty-three rpm vinyl records in the room, which are not often found around. Tonight we went back and ate two delicious pizzas!!! The desserts are also very good, very good desserts and meat. Hi, we returned today on Easter Monday for lunch and we had a great time with pizza and sliced ​​meat.

Returning from the visit to Castello di Bard we stopped in this restaurant for lunch. The place appears tidy and clean but the furnishings are those of an eighties pub and would need to be modernised. We ate an excellent platter of cured meats and cheese, a plate of gorgonzola gnocchi, as good as the Valdostana to follow. The waitress was friendly, the bill was normal.

Went at the end of February 2025 on a Saturday evening, nice pizzeria and place, friendly and kind managers. Truly exceptional fondue pizza, if I have to find one criticism, the over 45 minute wait for 4 pizzas was a bit too long, given that the place was not excessively full. But the taste of the pizza made the wait worth it. And excellent choice of records on display 😉
