The restaurant is welcoming, and the dishes, from the platters to the polenta to the desserts, are beautifully presented and decidedly delicious. The outdoor seating could be improved with a more substantial covering and some pretty flower vases.

We visited Les Amis restaurant in Bionaz and had a truly excellent experience. We ate very well, with tasty and carefully prepared dishes. The menu offers a good selection of typical local specialties, perfect for those who want to savor local cuisine. The service was attentive and professional, but what struck us most was the wonderful welcome: we immediately felt at ease. A great plus is the attention given to our four-legged friends. Our dog was greeted with enthusiasm and immediately brought a bowl of water, a simple but much appreciated gesture that demonstrates the care and sensitivity of the staff. A restaurant where you eat well, feel welcome, and have a pleasant experience. Highly recommended! Chiara, Gianni, and Lucius

14/11/2025: Highly recommended; if it were close to home, I'd go there weekly! Local products, thorough explanations, and a warm welcome. Local wines, not to be missed. My impression? It's exactly what I wanted, and even more!

12/08/2026: We went here for lunch today with our 11-month-old baby, after a tiring walk from Brusson. The food was good and quite plentiful, albeit on the high side (but that's to be expected, given the setting). The real flaw is the service: as soon as we arrived, absolutely punctual (we'd reserved by phone), we waited at the counter for someone to pay attention to us. Since we were ignored, I politely asked a lady in the restaurant uniform—who was pacing behind the counter—if I could speak to her. The lady, with barely concealed annoyance, replied that she was eating. She then corrected her attitude, saying she just didn't want to talk to me with her mouth full. It was still very unpleasant. Overall, the service was slow (and the place wasn't full!). Furthermore, we found it inappropriate to find a cover charge for the baby we were holding on our already hefty bill, given that the two available car seats were already taken at other tables. Despite the quality of the dishes, I wouldn't go back.
12/08/2026: First day of vacation we ended up here for the solar eclipse we had a great time the food was excellent and the staff were very kind despite the amount of people
