Unlike those dumps in the center where they try to force you to eat, this is a true Roman restaurant, located near the Mausoleum of Augustus, the Ara Pacis, and Via del Corso. It's not too out of the way and is currently suffering from construction work. After two and a half years, we were delighted to return. The Bombolotti all'Amtriciana are always sublime, perhaps a little undercooked. The Saltimbocca are incredibly tasty (one portion for two), with two waters for €0.70 each, and two coffees. A total of €62 for two people. Located in the center of Rome, it's a great price, especially considering the quality of the food. The waiters are friendly, and you can really feel the Roman atmosphere.

Nice restaurant right on Via del Corso. The food was good, the service was friendly and not intrusive, and the price-performance ratio was very good for this area! Mixed crowd of locals and tourists. Recommended!

Frequento spesso per pranzi di lavoro, ma a volte anche in famiglia, questo simpatico ristorante situato nel cuore di Roma, in una posizione straordinaria per godersi le vie del centro storico. Il cibo, il servizio, la lista dei vini sono sempre stati una garanzia, e ultimamente, pochi giorni fa, ho avuto la sorpresa di poter gustare come dessert un bignè "gigante" con la crema fatta in casa, una vera prelibatezza! In poche parole, una garanzia, un posto divenuto ormai familiare su cui contare.

It is not the first time that we and friends organize a dinner in this restaurant and it is always a wonderful evening with delicious dishes, excellent wine and excellent service.
I also recommend it for its strategic position for a pleasant walk in the center of Rome before or after dinner.

(mejor pizza romana, navaja - delgada) Justo al lado de Via del Corso, esta ha sido nuestra pizzería favorita durante décadas. No muy ocupado, fuera de lo común, también sirve todo tipo de platos italianos... pero siempre terminamos pidiendo la pizza. Buena cerveza de barril, también.
Este lugar está listado bajo dos nombres diferentes: Ara Pacis (el barrio) y La Capricciosa.
