Best pizza I've had in ages. Fresh ingredients, the dough was thin, crispy, and tasted amazing. And the prices are unbeatable. We visited in the summer.

La Capriata is an excellent restaurant, with thoughtfully curated menus and wood-fired pizzas. We chose unusual dishes like smoked eel and confit veal cheek. The dishes are well presented, the food is excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The service is fast.
For lunch, the ground floor dining room is more pleasant, but for dinner, the attic room is perfect.
We will be back.

Surrounded by the nature of Spluga, you can enjoy delicious dishes, including fish (unusual for the area). I love the tagliolini with blueberries.
It can be a bit crowded at times, but everyone is friendly and welcoming, and especially welcoming to pets.

Great atmosphere, delicious pizza, friendly staff…and very nice guests from the road construction site who allowed us to have lunch in mid-September despite the restaurant being full and without a reservation…I hope the espresso arrived. Thank you very much.

A lovely restaurant at 2,000 meters above sea level. We stopped by chance on our way back from Switzerland for gelato, but we loved the atmosphere and returned for dinner two more times. The pizzas are delicious and the cuisine is very well prepared.
