23/11/2025: I decided to try this trattoria, inspired by its name, for a quick lunch. It was very clean. The decor was tasteful and simple, yet elegant overall. I was immediately struck by Luisella's warm welcome, which made me feel like a longtime customer. I asked if there was a special of the day off the menu, and the response was fresh Ferlenghi mushrooms, recently delivered. I love mushrooms, so I went for the first course with the fresh Ferlenghi mushrooms... I added "porchettate" potatoes and chicory. While waiting, I took another look at the menu and I have to say I would have struggled to choose because the options were all so inviting. The first course was FANTASTIC, perfect! Meanwhile, I also got to meet Pino, who runs the kitchen. Like Luisella, he was welcoming and friendly. The side dishes were fine, the wine was perfect, everything was perfect! Pino and Luisella, congratulations and thank you. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.
15/11/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance and had a wonderful time. A welcoming little restaurant, well-run by the friendly Luisella and Pino, it offers simple, authentic cuisine, primarily inspired by Maremma traditions. The dishes, all generously portioned, are made with top-quality ingredients. We had the delicious lombrichelli with white hare ragù and the equally delicious ones with creamed chickpeas, bacon, and pecorino cheese. For main courses, we chose excellent tripe, wild boar stew (a bit tough, but tasty), and lamb a bujone. The sweet tarallini with vin santo were also delicious.
