EXCELLENT.
We had lunch in the room with windows overlooking the sea, where you can also see the island of Giglio.
For our first course, we had spaghetti carbonara with sublime truffle, followed by a Florentine steak that melted in your mouth...very tender and perfectly cooked.
Fried artichokes and a dessert.
Truly everything was excellent, as was the service from the wait staff.
The owners were very friendly.
Worth a try if you're in the area.

This restaurant surprised us, not so much for the obvious choice and quality of the meat, but for the attentiveness of the wait staff. They asked several times if they could help, if we liked it... without ever being pushy... a big round of applause.

Food was delicious. We got the carbonara with tartufo, a costata, the Lamb and some sides. The puntarella salad was great and authentic. The meat is cooked over an open flame and the pasta home made. They were very hospitable especially considering our last minute and at the end of lunch reservation.

We went for lunch on Sunday. All the dishes we ordered were truly excellent, with a special mention for the carbonara with truffles—spectacular! The cuts were juicy and tender, cooked to perfection just as we requested. The mashed potatoes were also interesting; we'd never tasted them like this! The service was friendly, attentive, and quite fast considering the place was packed! Excellent wine selection. Highly recommended! We'll be back, thanks for the wonderful experience!
