The three stars for the food are the result of a slip-up on the appetizer; the meat, however, was good. I couldn't rate the entrees because, per company policy, they decided not to serve them during the summer. The location is beautiful in the summer, on a terrace in Tarquinia overlooking the surrounding countryside all the way to the sea. I'll try again for a better assessment.

A pleasant surprise, a small garden with 13 tables (you can also eat inside), and attentive and friendly staff. The appetizers are plentiful and varied, with a selection of cured meats. A few more cheeses could be added, but that's not a bad thing. The meat deserves a 10/10 rating. Try it and believe it.

Beautiful location, with potential if properly developed.
The menu is extremely limited, just four cuts of meat with the classic side dishes. In summer, they don't have first courses, and the only cook is the guy at the grill.
The restaurant is divided into three areas: a small, warm and welcoming room, a large, completely different, cold and sterile dining room, and a few tables outside.
Service: inexperienced young people.

From the outside you can't tell how much space there is inside. And there is a lot! In particular, the room with a sea view is beautiful. Excellent food. Remarkable meat and cooked to perfection.

Veramente una chicca a Tarquinia. Tagli di carne eccellente cotta alla brace nel camino in sala, piatti ben presentati e di ottima qualità, ampia scelta di vini anche di livello con cantine importanti sia della zona che nazionali. Il menù ha parecchia scelta. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Ci siamo trattenuti più del solito a tavola e dopo pranzo ci è stato proposto dell'ottimo Rum sorseggiato con della cioccolata. Abbiamo pagato il giusto, vista la qualità dei prodotti scelti. Consiglio.

Un posto molto caratteristico dove passare la Pasqua (nel nostro caso), con ottimo cibo ed uno staff all'altezza della situazione (in particolare Giuseppe, molto dolce anche con il nostro piccolo Flavio). Carne fenomenale, così come la creps ai carciofi e i gnocchi con gli asparagi (per citare i miei preferiti, ma ripeto è stato davvero tutto di qualità).Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi, Andrea, Giada, Flavio e la piccola Elisa da Roma.
