An excellent dinner in the spirit of Cilento tradition We had dinner at Cantina da Francesco. I'd already been there during the summer, and given the fond memories, I decided to return. The dishes faithfully adhere to Cilento tradition, from appetizers to desserts. Fresh, top-quality ingredients, bold, well-balanced flavors. Each dish is truly an explosion of flavors. The service is truly beyond excellent, with a unique level of attention and kindness toward customers. The option to choose your portions so you don't overeat and can try a little bit of everything is greatly appreciated. The moment when the freshly made pasta is displayed at the table before being cooked is truly beautiful. I couldn't choose which dish I liked best; they were all impeccable. I ate there with my family and immediately felt at home. The owner is incredibly friendly and explained all the dishes available to us, describing them in detail. The quality of the food is excellent, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, locally raised meats, and the pasta is made to order—in short, authentic, Cilento, and locally sourced food.
