Francesco is a prodigy of friendliness, he welcomes you and then gives you the best advice. The menu is strongly linked to territoriality, but above all to seasonality: a guarantee of extremely fresh and genuine raw materials. The local cold cuts and cheeses are incredible (you will understand, between buffalo mozzarella and goat cheese, it is a triumph of exceptional flavours), but also the pasta, all homemade and prepared in a simple, homemade but very tasty way. Homemade pasta hand-rolled by Mrs. Laura, local zero-mile food, Francesco's (Laura's husband) passion and love for his work, a very nice and welcoming place, which doesn't hurt, very good prices, very honest!
