What can I say? For me it's home but the professionalism, the kindness, the quality of the products offered and as far as I'm concerned the friendship, makes the Cantina one of the most iconic places in Milan and this thanks to the "uncle" Maurizio, the three "Valentini", Daniele, Salvo and last but not least the chef Silvio.

Perfect for a spring day, delicious white wine and ravioli. Recommend!

Un bel Locale ,un po troppo rumoroso e tavoli molto vucini. Il servizio è veloce , il menu discreto e la qualità buona. Il prezzo nella media.

Elegant wine bar with kitchen, but a refined cuisine that deserves to be tried. The dinner organized as a convivial by the Italian Academy of Cuisine, then a menu planned by the symposiarch in honor of Milanese cuisine: Genoese focaccia and green olives from Cerignola, mushroom flan with dark shallot sauce, Milanese-style “Ferraris” risotto with roast, Milanese veal cutlet Baked potatoes and cardoon mille-feuille, dark chocolate cake and crème anglaise. Despite some hiccups in the service, there were probably many of us to be served at the same time, the dishes were of high quality, I particularly appreciated the Milanese risotto with Ferraris rice and the cardoon millefeuille. Definitely a place to return to

Il locale era troppo affollato, con tavoli estremamente vicini. Ho ordinato una tartare “a punta di coltello”, descritta sul menù con pomodorini, capperi, acciughe, senape in grani e olio d’oliva, ma mi è arrivata carne trita, buona ma apparentemente scondita. Quando l’ho fatto notare, il cameriere ha risposto che gli ingredienti erano stati tritati insieme… I taglieri, oltre a essere ordinari sono stati posati sul tavolo senza essere descritti, a fronte della nostra richiesta relativa ai 9 pezzi di formaggi la risposta è stata sommaria e addirittura il gorgonzola è stato menzionato tra i formaggi di capra…incredibile. A mio avviso, mancava una spiegazione sulla provenienza e sulla scelta delle materie prime, che avrebbe potuto dare valore ai piatti. Infine, nessuno si è preoccupato di chiedere come fosse andata la cena. Mi domando come un ristorante con un servizio così approssimativo e evidenti mancanze possa essere menzionato sulla guida Michelin.

Lunch for my birthday on January 6th. I hadn't been there for a few years. Excellent food, top quality wine shop, kindness and friendliness in the service. Always pleasant. I recommend it.

Very satisfied, great ambience, great service and great food and wine. The prices are reasonable for the great quality. Very original, typical dishes with excellent execution.
