Quite simply one of the best places to stop for lunch or dinner in Sicily, a real gem. The very simple menu is announced to you by the wonderful owner of the place and the dish of the day changes depending on the seasonal vegetables, the chef knows the secret of all local and seasonal herbs and vegetables, he revisits traditional dishes in his own way, the same goes for the desserts. The products are of excellent quality and the prices are unbeatable. A real landmark for locals, the restaurant is tiny and well hidden...remember to make a reservation!!
