La Cantina del Vino In Polignano a mare

It's not a fancy place for tourism, but I recommend it if you want to experience the wine and hospitality of the region.

La Cantina del Vino, Vico Rosa 5, Polignano a Mare I had a wonderful experience at La Cantina del Vino. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and we enjoyed a wine tasting session with delicious wines, both white and red, which were exceptional. The owner served small snacks to accompany the wine, enhancing the experience. It was delightful to see locals coming in with their bottles to fill up with their favorite "house wines," which speaks volumes about the quality and popularity of the products. If you're looking for a peaceful local spot with excellent wine, this is the place for you. Highly recommended!

In Polignano a Mare "gross domestic happiness" is measured with formidable local food and wine 🍾🥖🧀🥨🥓🥦🥂🍷 ... and the wine shop “La Cantina del Vino” is "the place" par excellence! The wines and typical products selected by Tommaso Chiarella are among the best representations of the flavors of Puglia (and not only) and savored in a unique atmosphere for authenticity, but also competence, make a simple aperitif with friends special... and everyday life extraordinary! 🔝 Historic shop of "Sfusi wines", today's cellar has preserved its authenticity and wisdom, broadening the horizons of the wine offerings (Italian and foreign labels, particularly French) and refining the choice of local artisan specialties, all excellent. The visit and tasting are recommended, but afterwards it will be inevitable that you will want to do some shopping to take home some exquisite gems... from all the wines to the local caciocavallo, from bran flat bread to extra virgin olive oil... A place worth insiders and connoisseurs, and just gourmet tourists 😉

Hidden gem in Polignano. For the best red wine and excellent service.

This place is so lovely. Its hidden away on a side street meaning that its away from the usual chaos of Polignano, yet with its own warm and authentic vibe. The place is small yet comfortable, with two little chairs by the bar making it a great place for an intimate date! Tomasso is a great host, very kind and knowledgable on all the products he has. He sells some incredible produce, and he always makes a recommendation on what we should drink/snack on and he always gets it right! Every time i leave with a massive bag full of cheese to take back to the UK and a belly full of salami, cheese, wine, and various jars of veg under oil. Really really decent prices and incredible value for money. I always leave feeling excited to see what new a particular cheese he’s going to have the next time i’m in Italy! Highly recommend!

One of a kind experience. Feels like a private cave of the best service wine and charcuterie.

Tommaso gave us a wonderful experience at his cantina. He prepared us a delicious charcuterie board with delish and fresh meats and cheese. We loved the wine. We shared 2 bottles and as a gift he let us try wine that he tried. Definitely a spot to try

A winery that is a guarantee in Polignano a Mare, my family and I have been their customers for 9 years. The bulk rosé is very good but also the bottled wines to accompany a nice dinner with friends. It is also possible to have an aperitif on site, based on typical local products. Friendly owner and central location, in a non-noisy area. Advised!
