Very small and cosy enoteca. Great to taste local wines and cheeses. It was wonderful to experience the local culture and to see the locals buy their wine in bulk. 3L -5L

You can try top-class Apulian wines by the glass. Definitely a great experience when traveling to Puglia for wine. The salumeria platter with mortadella, ferino, and cabocollo is reasonably priced, top quality, and cost-effective. The caciocaballo that you can have as an appetizer is also really delicious. I went there after learning about it from a guide who lives in Puglia. I bought several bottles as souvenirs. Thank you for being a wonderful owner. I want to go again❣️

Tommaso was a lovely host who selected really elegant local wines for our small group tasting! Despite the small size of the shop, it was really nice and cosy where the atmosphere made us not feel like Aussie tourists at all. Ended up buying 3 wine bottles! We wish you all the best for the success of your shop Tommaso, hope it never loses it’s charm!

Popped in for a drink before dinner without any expectations…they were blown away! Drank a delicious house primtivo accompanied by jamon and olives. Staff largely spoke italian but Tommaso was more than happy to use google translate to answer all our questions. Highly recommend for a highly authentic puglian experience for those who like wine

Very nice friendly owner, pours fantastic local wines. Has a passion for wine and local produce. If you see prosciutto on his counter, you must get some, it's absolutely amazing! He cuts this by hand, it's the best cured meat you'll find in the Mediterranean. We went five days in a row for this reason, you must visit!

Today I was in the canteen, I recommend it because it has good wines and good cheese and sausage, not very varied, only two types but it's okay, as a tourist I felt cheated, because they were Italians drinking the same thing as me and per glass I charge them 4 euros, He charged us as tourists 6, it was also our fault because we did not ask the price before consuming the wine, but we asked how much the sausage cost and he did not want to answer us, he only told us that he charged by weight and did not say anything, finally he charged what Whatever he felt like, my advice is to ask the prices beforehand, I thought the difference between charging an Italian and a tourist was shameful, it is denounceable.

04/01/2025: Exceptional. Courtesy, service, staff, environment, food, timing, prices.......everything was very good. I'll be back as soon as I can. Struck by the welcome that immediately makes you feel at home, in a fantastic place mixed between old and new, you are served and revered like a king. This surprised me given the average number of places around. Truly delicious and quality food. I ate excellent and well-balanced raw fish. What more can I say? Go there to at least try. It deserves it. Advised.

Well yes, I admit, I should have visited it much earlier, this natural reserve of culinary delights that totally satisfied my sense of taste. Located in the historic center of Bitonto, a stone's throw from the cathedral, this place, pleasantly set up and with impeccable service, is able to meet the needs of a varied clientele, because it offers a choice of courses: traditional and gourmet pizzas, first courses, second courses dishes, side dishes, desserts, all prepared with excellent quality ingredients, with tasty and refined flavours. Price appropriate to the satisfaction you feel in staying in this place. Go there, I recommend it, you will avoid reciting my "Mea culpa". Then don't tell me I didn't warn you.
