I returned after more than 50 years, and fortunately nothing has changed. For anyone who wants Roman-style pizza, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is the same as it was 60 years ago: paper tablecloths, benches, and a limited selection, but plenty of space. The staff is friendly and discreet. A pleasant step back in time half a century. It's a shame they don't serve fried food, but that's a given, so if you're craving supplì or zucchini flowers, this isn't the place for you. Highly recommended for pizza addicts.

Typical Roman home-style pizzeria in the Castelli area. Delicious pizza, the typical Roman shallow pizza. Ham and cheese appetizer, typical Castelli Romani atmosphere, excellent service, very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended; if you want excellent traditional Roman pizza, you've come to the right place. 5 stars, well deserved.

An institution in Marino! La Cantina is one of those historic pizzerias that never disappoints. The giant Marino-style pizza is simply amazing: thin, crispy, generously topped, and flavorful. The traditional appetizers are also unmissable, from cheeses to local cured meats, all high-quality and plentiful. The atmosphere is simple and homey, perfect for a casual evening with friends or family. The staff is friendly and fast, despite the large crowds. If you're looking for authentic Castelli pizza and a genuine atmosphere, this is the place!

Marino's historic pizzeria (Da Felicetta...the longtime owner is over 80...). Luigi's pizza is always excellent, and his family (wife and daughters) serve excellent food. Not to be missed! (P.S.: the price is exceptional, too...)

04/01/2026: A delightful discovery, with delicious vegan dishes and unique combinations. The service is excellent.
01/01/2026: New Year's Eve dinner at a more affordable price than others. Small and charming place with a few wooden tables, a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The waiters were kind and helpful, service was a bit slow, but perhaps because they were cooking and preparing food fresh. Everything was delicious and made with "normal" (not gourmet) ingredients that at least made you realize you were eating, like pumpkin risotto and ravioli stuffed with sage-scented cavolo nero (excellent!). They also served setan on mashed potatoes, but I didn't even try it because I don't like it. The only flaw was the dessert... almond crumble (good) with mango mousse... which no one liked.

01/12/2025: I didn't like it. The food wasn't tasty. The rest was so-so. It could have been better. Nice place, friendly staff. Maybe the chef needs to be changed. Who knows.
