I recently moved to Monsummano and I have come to this restaurant several times, both to eat in and take away.
I have always been truly satisfied, whether it is meat or fish, first courses or pizzas, it is truly exceptional

I celebrated my 18th birthday at the Cantina restaurant and I couldn't have chosen a better place! The atmosphere was perfect for a special occasion like this, and the food was simply delicious. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail.
The staff were immediately welcoming and helpful, helping to create a festive and warm environment. I would like to give a special thank you to Rosario, who made our evening even more special with his kindness and professionalism. He was attentive to our every need, making sure everything was perfect.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a great dinner. Thanks again for making my 18th birthday so unforgettable!

What can I say, everything is delicious, the quality and cooking of the meat are perfect, the focaccia is delicious and the same goes for the side dishes, fried foods and appetizers. The service is fast, the staff pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended.

La Cantina da Caino a Monsummano, in località Vergine dei Pini, è un ristorante - pizzeria di antica tradizione dal 1972. Ambiente grande ed accogliente in grado di ospitare anche gruppi numerosi con ampia veranda, giardino esterno e parcheggio riservato. Personale gentile e cordiale e attento al cliente. Servizio veloce. Ottima qualitò con piatti sia di carne che di pesce, altrettanto ottime le pizze: croccanti, sottili e ben lievitate. (complimenti al giovane pizzaiolo Alessio). Chiuso il Lunedi tutto il giorno ed anche il martedi a pranzo. Ci siamo stati sia a pranzo che a cena e ci ritorneremo sicuramente. Complimenti.

La mejor comida que tuvimos en Italia. Fue recomendado por nuestro conserje del hotel como un lugar donde la mayoría de los lugareños comen. Ha superado todas nuestras expectativas. La variedad de la comida, la calidad era excelente. Mi gazpacho y la sopa de hongos de mi esposo estaban deliciosos, el pescado entero con papas asadas, calabacín y otras verduras estaban perfectamente preparados y condimentados.
El servicio era acogedor y atento.
Incluso si estaba fuera de los caminos concurridos, frecuentados por los turistas, esta cena valió la pena hacer 15 minutos en coche.
Ten en cuenta que las porciones son grandes, así que compartir tiene mucho sentido.
