By far the best restaurant I have tried in puglia.

Super delicious food Order the antipasti terra-mare (currently €20 per person) and you'll be overwhelmed and full! The other dishes (a wide selection of pasta, fresh fish, and meat) won't disappoint either. The chef is on top of things, and her husband serves like a world champion. Bombastic value for money! Part of my "small but perfectly formed" series! Reservations recommended! In summer, definitely sit outside, as the tables overlook the beautiful promenade. It's nice inside. Unfortunately, my battery died shortly after arriving, so I could ONLY enjoy the food and not capture anything. I was allowed to charge my phone while eating; they even provided charging cables 🤩

We had dinner on a Wednesday evening in late August, with a reservation for 9:00 PM. The place was very nice and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, there's a long wait for the dishes, so I recommend going when you're not in a rush. The mixed antipasto platter, which includes both meat and seafood, was excellent. The prices were very fair considering the high quality of the ingredients. The waiters were very kind.

A very good restaurant that serves fresh produce. The appetizers are truly delicious and generous. The server gave us excellent advice. Our table was beautiful, with beautiful dishes, a lovely tablecloth, and cloth napkins. A very well-located establishment in the historic center of Carovigno. A very nice place.

It's true that we also waited a long time to be seated and served... it's true that having more people at the tables wouldn't hurt, because seeing the owner alone bustle around the entire room is actually quite touching... an hour to sit down and order drinks, but then... an explosion of flavors in the dishes, a meticulous attention to detail in the plating that would make many a Michelin-starred restaurant envious... the quality of the ingredients, the quantity, and the variety in the dishes made the six of us adults abandon the fried food because we were too full. The first course, a cream of scampi and stracciatella, was sublime... and the desserts, what can I say? The zuccotto recommended by the owner was something I'd never tried before. Yes, it's true that I waited a long time, perhaps too long, but it was totally worth it... 10/10 to the chef.

A bit on the high side, but the food was very good and of high quality. We had the antipasti, which was a real surprise: after the obligatory basket of grissinis and bread, came some fried olives. At first, we thought it was a total tourist rip-off. Instead, we were greeted with a flood of plates of all kinds of appetizers, mostly seafood, all beautifully presented and delicious. We couldn't finish the plate of grilled meat we ordered as a second course.

Beautifully located in the center, with beautifully set tables. The appetizer mix is ​​recommended; it's enough to fill you up. 12 (if we counted correctly) different small appetizers with fish, cheese, and meat. Reasonable prices. We felt a bit sorry for the waiter, who had to serve all the tables alone and was constantly running around.

Good food, kind in offering a small welcome appetizer, I would advise the gentleman in the room to give an extra smile to the customers

Sono stato a cena in questo trattoria durante un viaggio di lavoro e confermo quanto già detto al titolare de visu, ovvero che sia il servizio che la qualità dei piatti è stata eccellente. Il punto di forza è stato il "chilometrico" antipasto mari e monti fatto di oltre 20 portate. Abbiamo apprezzato piatti tipici locali e non, rivisitati in chiave moderna. Tutti davvero ottimi. Il servizio è stato veloce anche se la sala non era full. Abbiamo completato il tutto con un assaggio di buoni dolci e con del vino della casa. Rapporto qualità - prezzo ottimo!. Nel periodo estivo e nei fine settimana il titolare ci ha detto che la prenotazione è obbligatoria. Consigliatissimo!

Cena in famiglia con moglie e figlio. Tutto molto buono con ottima qualità dei prodotti e giusto rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ci ha sorpreso favorevolmente il fatto che pur ordinando due antipasti della casa tutte le portate sono arrivate con tre prodotti nel piatto. Da ritornare assolutamente.
