The pizzas were great, the service was good even though we couldn't speak Italian.

5* for the pizza, absolutely exceptional in terms of dough, freshness, and refined ingredients; 3* for the noisy atmosphere and the rather high prices of some dishes (suffice it to say that the cannoli in the photo, while delicious, is €8!); 1* for the service, which the two waiters alone, though eager and fast, are unable to provide in the best possible way: welcoming, escorting guests to tables, serving, cashing in, clearing tables, and providing directions for any purchases. Also, a requested bread basket was NOT delivered, and even though they arrived before two other tables and this was reported, the orders were still taken first for the two tables that arrived after! Precisely because of the quality of the pizza, I would have liked to add 1* to the final 3; we'll see next time, but for now, I'll stick with 3.

Reservations can be made on the website. Very welcoming, the waiter spoke French and was happy to explain the menu. A wide selection of pizzas and several beautifully presented dishes.

Highly selected raw materials. Expert culinary expertise. Prices are in line with what they offer. Extremely nice place. Clean, beautiful bathroom, and amenities like in the best hotel rooms. I'll be back.

The pizzas are excellent, a wonderful discovery, and the ingredients are of very good quality. The small tastings offered were much appreciated. The service is impeccable, the staff is very friendly and attentive, and the price is good. The setting is exceptional, beautifully decorated. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation. I've been to this restaurant several times and have always been satisfied. The quality of the ingredients used on the pizzas is excellent, and this is evident in the numerous changes made to the menu throughout the seasons. The same cannot be said for the desserts: the ingredients are good, but they've never completely convinced me, despite trying several, and they've always been subdued compared to the other dishes. The restaurant is in typical Apulian style, well-furnished and comfortable, also suitable for special occasions. The service is very helpful, kind, and attentive to customer requests. The real flaw is the price, completely over budget. I can understand the cost of excellent ingredients, but the menu lists pizzas for €14, €16, and even over €20; despite the quality ingredients, I doubt even the most generous toppings can justify such prices. But even more so, I don't think the €3 cover charge is justified in the middle of Bitritto (without taking anything away from the town) and, especially, the €8-€9 desserts: they consist of classic cakes, tiramisu (an award-winning one, but I've had better; very beautiful aesthetically), and gelato, without any "premium" or special ingredients that could justify those prices. I'll definitely return because the pizza is excellent, but I'm a little disappointed by this excessive overpricing.
