We didn't have the pleasure of staying at this magnificent Masseria, but the tranquility of the location would certainly have won us over.

26/10/2025: Paolo greets you as soon as you enter, and with absolute kindness, he immediately escorts you to your table. With calm and helpfulness, he guides you through your choice of dishes, then moves on to the wine selection, which he makes excellent recommendations for. The dishes are rich in flavor and well-composed, while maintaining generous portions. Each dish is absolutely delicious. Simply put, Locanda Ercole takes you on a culinary journey across the Mediterranean coast. Highly recommended!
21/10/2025: A great evening spent in the center of Fondi, just a stone's throw from the famous "Baronial Castle"... exquisite food and brilliant staff... I'll be back soon.
