Very nice and well-kept restaurant, friendly staff and excellent quality food. We had a fish-based lunch, everything was delicious! I recommend it!

Had a lunch with friends on the terrace. The kitchen was kind enough to make a vegetarian option for me (thank you!). The food is as tasty as it is beautiful. My partner said it was the best octopus he ever had.

The photos speak for themselves: the quality of the products served is truly excellent, all fresh and carefully prepared. The restaurant enjoys a truly suggestive view, being directly on the road with a splendid sea view, which makes the experience even more pleasant and relaxing. The only aspect that made me assign 4 stars instead of 5 are the slightly too long waiting times in the kitchen, especially considering the overall number of seats. A faster service would make the experience perfect from every point of view. Having said that, I would still highly recommend it: the food is excellent, the location is pleasant and the staff is friendly and helpful. Keep it up, you're on the right path to offering a high level of service!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Everything at the top. Place on the promenade. Nothing out of place. Attentive and courteous staff. Delicious food and affordable prices facing the sea. They placed us on the small veranda outside (I recommend booking because it is always full...) Special and interesting menu… I will definitely go back, without a doubt. Thank you!!!

26/07/2025: Da Nunzia si mangia benissimo! Lasciatevi consigliare da lei sui piatti di pesce del giorno sempre freschissimo e cucinato con amore. I primi di pasta fresca fatta a mano sono semplicemente divini, il servizio è ottimo e la location vista mare nelle arcate è bellissima. Assolutamente raccomandato!

The atmosphere, the owner, the customers who quickly become regulars—everything speaks of the sea, stories of fishermen, authentic Cilento cuisine, and exceptional flavors. L'Arcata dei Mazzeni is the restaurant featured in the film "Welcome to the South," and it's one of half the filmmakers who visit the area. Signora Nunzia is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, her son is a highly educated and promising young man, and the cook is exceptional! Evenings in Santa Maria di Castellabate are all spent at L'Arcata, and they're all delightful... Did I forget the sunset over the sea???
