Delicious food! My wife and I got walnut pansotti, anchovy and pine nut pasta, and a mixed salad. Everything was delicious and fresh. Some of the best pasta we had on our trip. And the service was friendly! Wish we could return

For dinner, we ordered spaghetti allo scoglio, spaghetti with anchovies, and Ligurian-style sea bream. The first courses were good, nothing extraordinary, but satisfying nonetheless. The sea bream, on the other hand, was fabulous, cooked to perfection, a truly flavorful meat with just the right amount of flavor.

This is a little restaurant right along one of the main streets near the port and beach. I am an American though I speak Spanish and a bit of Italian. So I don't feel afraid about going places. However, though the wait staff here generally prefers Italian, they did try to speak English to us. I got the Coctel di Gambretti, the Ravioli al Ragu, and my daughter got the Mussels and Swordfish. We also got a side dish of Patate Rosamarino and the portion was larger than expected. Overall, I was relatively satisfied, so I can indeed recommend it, but I do have to honestly tell you that despite being in Italy four or five times now, I do not find Italian food in general to be nearly as good as New York Italian. So that's where I'm coming from. The meat ragu sauce on the Mussels was not bad. Better than many places I have had in Italy, and my daughter enjoyed the mussels. She also thought that the swordfish was excellent and she highly recommends it . The Coctel di Gambretti definitely was not American style cocktail sauce. Instead, the sauce was more a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup similar to Crab Louie sauce. Not unexpected by me even though that is not my favorite. The bread service did not taste like local artisanal bread, even though it was, but it seemed more like straight American white bread. However, they did immediately bring out olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip it in when I asked, and it was fine. The Ravioli al Ragu was about as unflavorful as most other places in Italy and next time I would choose something different. But if you like the other Italian food and tomato sauces in Italy then this would probably be great for you. Overall I gave it four stars and I feel that is a good, honest assessment.

I have foodborne illness and among other foods I eat gluten and milk proteins, and they have treated me phenomenally with great attention and care. My friends and husband, who have no eating problems, have eaten phenomenally.

We had a wonderful dinner, everything was delicious and the service was wonderful. The atmosphere could be improved; the dining room walls needed some decoration, but the food was wonderful! Simona, who served us, was very friendly! We loved dining here!

12/04/2025: Non loin du musée du cinéma, on avais aimé la première fois, on a eu plaisir à y revenir : la déco est sympa, le service parfait, les pizzas sont très bonnes et copieuses, et on s’est fait plaisir aussi avec les desserts.
03/01/2025: Usciti dalla mole, scegliamo questo locale con ampia sala per un pranzo veloce. Il locale non è ancora affollato al nostro arrivo, veniamo accolti con cura e abbiamo tutto il tempo per leggere il menù: ordiniamo agnolotti al sugo di arrosto ottimi e tagliolini alla monferrina come primi, a seguire animelle e carciofi fritti e un brasato che si scioglieva quasi in bocca. Ancora un punto forte: bagno spazioso e pulito, presente anche fasciatoio.
