The best pizza place all across the Aeolian islands. The most welcoming and hospitable owner. They cook their pizzas in wood fed ovens, and the taste is incredible. All the best from us, if we’ll end up in Lipari again, we’ll definitely visit this place! Grazie, Sr Nazzareno❤️❤️❤️

Mr. Nazareno is a true artisan, crafting exquisite pizzas in a wood-fired oven. Each of the six pizzas we tried was incredibly delicious. Not only is the food outstanding, but the host himself deserves special mention for his genuine hospitality and attentiveness to every guest, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Very nice owner, he recommends typical Sicilian dishes. There is also only bar service (e.g. for aperitifs or amaros) and also pizza from the wood-fired oven.

Il locale si trova in centro, credo fosse a conduzione familiare. Sono stati veloci e gentili nonostante ci fossero 40gradi ed i tavoli erano fuori. I prezzi contenuti ed in linea con le porzioni. Porzioni abbondanti e buon cibo. No menù turistico.

Ce restaurant situé sur la rue la plus commerciale de l’ile Lipari nous a permis de passer un moment de détente. Tables à l’extérieur et à l’intérieur mais sans Climatisation. Nous avons choisi dés spaghettis à l’Eolienne qui étaient excellents, patron volubile très sympathique aux couleurs locales. L’addition pour un endroit pareil est correcte. Je recommande pour passer un moment sympa avant de reprendre le bateau.

15/10/2024: This place is sort of hard to find, but well worth the effort. We had the fish of the day prepared half Sicilian style and half grilled we complemented that with some beautiful Sicilian wine. We started it all off with a primi, a lobster pasta dish, which was well rounded in flavor and delicious (plate licking temptation)! We sat on the patio with a beautiful view of the Ionian sea. Another thing that I really enjoyed is a sign that said if you don’t like cats., it’s OK if you dine elsewhere. We did see a couple cats, but none of them were begging (they all looked very well fed & cared for) :-) also good to know, they are (well behaved) dog friendly on the patio.
08/10/2024: I also went to Marbesa. This is much more delicious! There are many dishes that impressed me here. This is the only restaurant on my overseas trip that makes me want to go again. The staff at the store were also kind and full of smiles.
