07/08/2024: Very particular cuisine with a mix of traditional Abruzzo flavors combined with a "gourmet" preparation. Good service but a little slow. Large internal room but without air conditioning. Very tasty starters: the anchovies au gratin with a mix of spices and lemon tasted just like the sea; Pallotte, game, eggs and pecorino tasted like the ninth grade's food; the grilled lettuce with goat cheese fondue, oilseeds and Montepulciano grape sauce is simply spectacular; original but slightly less tasty are the roasted aubergines, peeled and cut into strips. The lamb rump (sliced ​​lamb!) with egg and cheese sauce on the side is truly exquisite. It was an explosion of flavors! To finish, a delicious custard with amaretti crumble. The white wine and the house bitters are very good.
