Located in the center of Cisterna, on a square with parking. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, yet has a very traditional feel. The menu features traditional dishes and revisited variations. Excellent prices and a high quality/price ratio. Well-prepared dishes, generous portions. The menu also offers bulk wine, in addition to the usual wines and glasses. I tried the local wine "Il Cisterna," which was excellent. Perhaps not the right temperature, but still excellent. The terrace had a beautiful view of the hills. The owner was very helpful and kind, explaining the wine and the local area. A truly wonderful discovery. Don't expect design or modernity, but a perfect blend of tradition and innovation.
