Welcoming and friendly environment, food always fresh and well cooked. Excellent for large companies Animal friends, pay close attention to food intolerances too

I had a really good time, the polenta taragna in the bowl with mushrooms on the side, I really liked it. Next time I'll take my dad there to let him try it. 👍

Great place to eat typical Bergamo dishes, top quality! Prices normal. I have been going for years and everything is always delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful. Reservation required because it is very popular!

Excellent place to try Taragna polenta (a must if you pass through these parts). Excellent service and welcome 👍. I recommend the single dish so you can try all the specialties of the area. Ample free parking in front of the venue. I recommend booking in advance

We go to this restaurant a lot, especially to eat the polenta taragna which is very good. Lots of choice, both at lunch, for the fixed menu and in the evening for the à la carte menu. The blueberry risotto, the casoncelli, the roast veal with mushrooms are very good. Excellent service and courteous staff. I recommend everyone to try.

Mi ricordo buon vino sfuso rosso poi ci era un menù da scegliere e secondo me conviene andare in quattro o cinque così assaggi un po' tutto spero di tornare non da solo

Locale tipicamente bergamasco. Cibo molto buono,di alta qualità. Prezzo corretto. Davvero buoni sia i primi (casoncelli super), sia i secondi di carne. Buonissima la polenta nonché i contorni. Ci torneremo sicuramente

22/01/2025: The Chiostro Restaurant is a perfect combination of tradition and modernity. Good Italian cuisine is reinterpreted in a contemporary key, with great attention to detail and top-quality raw materials. The location, located in a historic residence in via Torquato Tasso, next to a charming cloister, is fabulous: an informal and welcoming environment, embellished with high-class decorative furnishings. The jovial and dynamic staff contributes to making the experience pleasant and easy-going, without ever sacrificing professionalism. The wine list is interesting and well thought out, with proposals capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. An ideal place to enjoy the Made in Italy tradition with a touch of freshness. Jazz music for good connoisseurs is a further added value. Absolutely recommended!
02/01/2025: A beautiful venue in the historic Via Tasso in Bergamo. Excellent raw material, good wine list. Refined and very quiet environment with jazz music in the background.

21/01/2025: Nice place and beautiful view. The second vegetarian course is an appetizer portion. The second course is fish: a tiny portion of squid drowned in a puree of potatoes.
10/01/2025: Siamo andati con un'alta aspettativa, ma siamo rimasti un po' delusi. Servizio eccellente, molto preparati e garbati, aspetti mai scontati. Purtroppo il menù degustazione non era di livello come speravamo. I primi due piatti molto buoni, ma il primo era davvero di livello mediocre, il secondo niente di entusiasmante. Aggiungo inoltre che più di un ingredienti è stato inserito in diversi piatti, che in una degustazione stona. Ingredienti di qualità, ma la degustazione andrebbe rivista.
