Excellence in its purest form. You enter the home of Mrs. Patrizia, chef and owner of the Ristorante with a capital R, far from being a wine bar or osteria. The kindness with which she welcomes you gives you a sense of what's to come. A few dishes, excellent ingredients, and a care and preparation steeped in tradition that will leave you speechless. She explains every dish, almost guiding you through your choices. If some renowned chefs had her dedication to customers and ingredients, they would justify the prices of their menus. Mrs. Patrizia is perfect; she never disappoints. If a review were a grade, it would be a 110 with honors.

A surprise. Thanks to Patrizia, who welcomed us despite being full. We discovered delicious traditional cuisine and the courtesy and professionalism of the chef, Patrizia, who made us feel at home. Even the sommelier Alberto was able to recommend a dessert that the whole family loved. We'll be back!

Mrs. Patrizia (cook and presenter of her typical Turin culinary masterpieces) and Mr. Alberto, the sommelier, were incredible. We loved every dish. Top-notch ingredients and undisputed loyalty to local tradition. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos of all the dishes (only the desserts) because they were so good we devoured them all. I recommend the TAJARIN WITH DONKEY RAGOUT. RUSSIAN SALAD. BUNET. But the entire menu is delicious.

I highly recommend trying the restaurant, not only for the food but also for the passion that Patrizia, the chef, and her husband Alberto, the sommelier, convey to their guests. We felt pampered and enjoyed the impeccably prepared traditional dishes. The price was also fair.

Visiting Turin and discovering a place like "La Busa Stupa" is truly exciting. I discovered the cuisine of Pieve di Mezzo and was amazed by the dishes and flavors that won over my entire family. Impeccable service, friendliness, and expertise. I'll be back. Congratulations.

A typical Piedmontese wine bar that captivates you from the moment you enter and never lets you go. The owners, a husband and wife team, are the soul of the place: she creates dishes that exude homey tradition, but with a care and passion that comes through in every bite; he, with great expertise and kindness, guides you through the wine selection like a friend who has known you forever. There's also another gentleman in the dining room who dedicates himself to service with discretion and attention, completing a trio that works perfectly. The best thing is that the lady doesn't just cook: she welcomes you, tells you stories, smiles, and presents the dishes as if they were little gifts. Every time I visit, I think I wish she could adopt me... or adopt her, but I fear the waiting list is already incredibly long. The place is small, intimate, and authentic: for this very reason, it's always best to book in advance. I've been there three times and I already know I'll be back, because it's one of those places where it's hard not to return. Highly recommended.

We had dinner last night at this fantastic restaurant, located right under the Mole Antonelliana. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming; we felt truly pampered and at home. We listened to her recommendations, and what can I say...the dishes were wonderful, unique, high-quality, and incredibly delicious! We sincerely thank the entire staff and highly recommend this place. It will definitely be a must-try next time I'm in Turin. See you next time!
