La Bussola In Firenze

Beautiful caprese. Delicious Toscana pizza (wholemeal dough, soft as anything) with boar, sheep cheese and the sweetest tomatoes. Massive wine list. Lovely chilled location.

The place is quiet, the food is very average, the pizza is a little salty

Absolutely incredible. We sat outside which was so nice. Fans above you if it’s too hot, heaters if it’s too cold. The staff were incredible and very patient and supportive. They walked us through wines, and other drinks. They gave great recommendations and it did not disappoint. The Carbonara was terrific, creamy and delicious. The noodles on the parmesan cheese wheel were also great! WILL eat there again. Get the house wine, it’s very good!

For me the food was okay nothing to go crazy about. The best part was our server. She was wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly.

The pizzas were delicious, you could feel that the mozarella on them was homemade. The service was amazing, the writer was very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend

Outstanding pizzas. The margarita was my favorite which was a surprise. They use sun dried cherry tomatoes and it was a wonderful add.

La Bussola was recommended by our hotel staff. The were comfortable tables outdoors in the shade. The staff were very nice. We were served some complementary bread. Chianti by the glass was reasonably priced. My wife and I split the shrimp avocado salad to start. It was delicious. The produce tasted really fresh. This was followed by an eggplant pizza. This is the best pizza that we have had in Florence to date. Our friends enjoyed their vegetarian pizza. They had cappuccino that they liked. I concluded my meal with a generously sized afffogato. The espresso was poured out of the pot tablesode- very cool. Great lunch. I would happily return.
