Spectacular weekend on the lake...the staff is very kind and helpful! We arrived with the dog, very welcome and we used the swimming pool. The price is related to a suite with terrace and whirlpool with view of the island of S. Giulio...recommended +++

Some staff members are quite rude! I want to say this, but it doesn't apply to all members. I'm not a very demanding person, there are limits... I had an unpleasant experience at this hotel one morning when one of them cut me off with a wave of his hand before I could ask him a question. Afterwards, he didn't offer me anything, didn't serve me anything, and instead took care of the other guests who arrived after me, which made me feel very uncomfortable first thing in the morning! The service isn't worth the price paid, and nothing justifies this lack of friendliness toward hotel guests!

La posizione con vista sul lago e l'isola di San Giulio è sicuramente una bella sopresa. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità di posteggi comodi, la presenza della piscina che con il caldo è sicuramente un valore aggiunto e la buona colazione. Il personale alla reception è particolarmente gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerò sicuramente se nei paraggi. Scelta top.
