Today I had the pleasure of dining in a trattoria in Florence, a place where Tuscan culinary tradition meets perfection. The undisputed protagonist of the lunch was the "FIORENTINA", a true work of art. Masterfully cooked, with a crunchy crust on the outside and a tender and juicy centre, the flavor was intense and unparalleled, enhanced by a pinch of coarse salt and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Every bite was a journey into the most authentic flavors of Tuscany. And just when I thought nothing could top that experience, the Sicilian cannoli arrived, a dessert you wouldn't expect in a Tuscan tavern, but which here was a tribute to Sicily and its gastronomic treasures. The ricotta was velvety, sweet but not cloying, wrapped in a crunchy and fragrant wafer. A nectar of the gods, capable of closing the meal in a triumphant way. A special praise for the friendly and attentive service, which made lunch even more pleasant. This trattoria is not just a restaurant, it is an experience that remains in the heart and on the palate. Absolutely recommended!

magnificent & authentic tuscan food. we came here because we saw locals eating here & knew that meant it must have great food. there was a beautiful atmosphere inside the restaurant with the owner singing along to the radio! he was very attentive about my coeliac disease as well, remembering to bring me my food without bread without a reminder. (good for gluten free). thank you!

Cute, small and welcoming restaurant, a short distance from the Basilica of San Lorenzo and Via Nazionale. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The Florentine steak with parmesan and balsamic is excellent and the fillet steak is very tender. Good side dishes and very fresh Sicilian cannoli....average prices.

If you want to eat like at home... Trattoria La Burrasca is the perfect place to go!

Pequeño lugar encantador muy cerca del centro de mercato pero fuera de la pista turística. El gerente es cálido y acogedor. Comida y vino excelentes. Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra comida aquí en nuestra última noche en Florencia. Volvería en un santiamén. Llega temprano si quieres conseguir una mesa. Se llenó rápidamente y estuvimos allí para la hora de apertura de la noche.

Gran comida. Escuché sobre este lugar en un podcast y me alegro de que fuimos. La comida era genial, tradicional y muy bien valorado. 2 platos y 3 para marido con vino por 53 euros! Era sabroso y tenía un gran ambiente, una sensación muy local, saludable.
