I don't go to places twice, I want to try everything as reasonably possible. But on my first night in Florence I had the steak here and it was so good after two more nights in Florence no other restaurant could really compare so I came back again and had the same thing and the tortellini all'osso buco and that too is really good! If you must splurge do so here it's an all time recommend!
Post note: the steak was so soft I could cut it with a butter knife (literally no joke)

The best Florentine steak in Florence at a more than fair price compared to many "tourist-catching" restaurants in the Tuscan capital. Very small but very welcoming environment. The owner, a Sicilian transplanted to Tuscany, hosts you as if you were at home and offers a menu that combines Tuscan tradition with some Sicilian dishes with truly excellent ingredients. The ricotta cannolo is unmissable, truly fresh and delicious. Parking is also convenient, given that the restaurant is located a stone's throw from the central market where you can park comfortably. Alternatively, there is a garage nearby. Highly recommended if you want an excellent Florentine steak before taking a stroll in the center, reachable on foot in a few minutes

We ate the classic Florentine and considering that it is in the center of Florence it has an excellent price/quality
It is a trattoria and therefore everything should not be compared to a restaurant.

Very friendly service, typical dishes at affordable prices in the centre. Rustic style, clean place.
We took the Fiorentina with roast potatoes and house wine. Excellent meat, cooked to perfection and well spiced, like the side dish.
Excellent wine (Chianti), they welcomed us without a reservation and with the dogs in tow.

The classic family-run tavern. Handwritten menu (fantastic!), few traditional Tuscan and Sicilian dishes. Everything was delicious, from the onion soup to the Florentine steak. We recommend finishing with the ricotta and pear cake. Friendly and helpful owner

La Burrasca, a guarantee! Small restaurant near the Florence market and not far from Santa Maria Novella, exceptional cuisine for first courses and meats, of the highest level. We found the pici with cheese and bacon excellent, but the Florentine is worth the trip! A place of the heart for us.

We had pasta and it was very good. The taste is rich and the meals feel very authentically italian. The portions were also of adequate size which was a nice surprise. The atmosphere was pleasent and the staff were friendly. We don't speak Italian but had no problems with making reservation and then ordering at the restaurant. The prices were very good given the experience. Overall, this small trattoria feels like a place where the locals eat and not like a big fancy restaurant that will rip you off. It's a must visit if you are in Florance.

Siamo "approdati" a La Burrasca su suggerimento di un'amica e devo dire che il consiglio è stato azzeccatissimo. Locale senza pretese ma accogliente con personale attento e simpatico. Ottimi i paccheri allo scoglio ma anche il resto, e soprattutto la fiorentina fatta a dovere.
Ci ritornerei? Sicuramente.

Trattoria a conduzione familiare…semplice , accogliente e personale gentile..
Siamo andati per assaggiare la bistecca fiorentina ed era ottima…prezzi onesti…da ritornare sicuramente
