Sicilian/ Italian food that is as authentic as it can get. The staff was so accommodating. We are Americans and people seem to be so rude to us at times for not knowing their language. However the staff here was so kind and accommodating, the food was amazing, the prices are affordable. Saved this spot in my favorites! Would definitely eat here again! Has vegetarian options.

This is a very good fast food (Italian home cooking) place. It opens when restaurants isn’t (most restaurants wont open until 7:30~8:00pm) and the food is decent quality, for example, spaghetti and eggplants especially good. The prices is very reasonable, about 1/4~1/3 of restaurants. The people (owner or chef?) are super nice too.

This deli has friendly and approachable staff.
You can order takeout or eat in.
We recommend the stewed beef and salmon farfalle pasta! Since we're in Messina, we also had a Messina beer. Kawamaru is still drinking Coke as usual.

Family-run restaurant with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff.
Fast and well-organized service.
Wide variety of dishes on display and the option to eat in, a much-appreciated feature.
It's a great place to stop for a quick, tasty bite.
Excellent quality hot food.
The owners are wonderful; you can feel their passion for their work.

The gentleman introduced us to his wife, spoke to us in French, greeted us with a big smile, and quickly brought us desserts! It was wonderful! Everything was perfect! Delicious food and a family atmosphere 🥰
