The experience wasn't great. There was a lot of confusion, both regarding the place, which was a bit small, and regarding the dishes. The portions are very generous and the price is affordable. Obviously the quality suffers a bit. Furthermore, one of the second courses ordered was literally freezing! Definitely recommended for those who need to eat something on the fly and have little time, a little less if you have a family lunch or large groups.

...for me and my husband it is an obligatory stop before leaving Sicily and returning home! Everything excellent and plentiful. Mr. Piero with his friendliness and hospitality are already an inviting business card. The pasta alla norma is among the best I've ever tasted!!!

Servicio muy servicial y amable, incluso nos dio algo de comida para probar antes de comprar. Porciones de buen tamaño y lugar para sentarse y comer dentro. Excelente relación calidad-precio.

Piero & Rosy.. La buona forchetta, sinonimo di garanzia e simpatia. Prezzi nella norma e prodotti sempre freschi e appena sfornati, garanzia di qualità e soddisfazione per la clientela. Una delle migliori focaccie Messinesi che potete assaggiare e buono un po' tutta la gastronomia. Piero è sempre un grande, anni e anni di conoscenza perché sono cliente da tempo e non si smentisce mai. Saluti dal Capo.

16/05/2025: We stumbled across this restaurant by accident and I am so glad we did!!!! We selected the homemade ravioli with spinach, ricotta and cream. This masterpiece was made to order while we sipped our wine and visited. We have never had ravioli this tender and succulent in our lives. Absolute perfection! Did not think the lunch could get better until we ordered the homemade canoli. It was to die for. All in all, and outstanding lunch in

28/05/2025: We had dinner here and the food was excellent, the staff were also very friendly and attentive. After having eaten in plenty of restaurants around Taormina this was certainly one of the best.
25/05/2025: Amazing food here tonight. We visited last night for drinks and were given gorgeous homemade appetisers with our cocktails for a bargain price of €10 pp inclusive. So good we visited for food tonight. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff are super friendly and the food was simply stunning, I had the carbonara and it’s probably the best I’ve ever tasted, a must visit. I would choose over Osteria da Rita as the owner was very rude.
