Overall, it was pleasant, but given the very high prices, some dishes could be executed with greater precision.
In each of my or my companions' dishes, there was something missing or excessive. I suggest greater attention or a recalculation of the prices. I must say the location is excellent.

A delightful restaurant in the historic center, near the Piazza dei Palazzo dei Doria. As the name suggests, it's like a hidden "den" with a welcoming atmosphere. The entire staff is extremely kind and friendly.
Standing ovation for the mandilli al pesto, the gnocchetti, and the Fassona beef tartare. Highly recommended!
PS: Given the layout of the restaurant, it can get very hot; dress in layers.

I had lunch with a friend at this restaurant. I really liked both the setting—soft lighting, a lovely atmosphere—and the staff. We were greeted very kindly by two young men. We made it clear we wanted a quick meal, so we ordered two pasta dishes, one with Genoese pesto and one with walnut cream and chopped walnuts. I added a mixed salad, and my friend ordered a glass of local wine. I must say, both dishes were a true explosion of flavors. You could taste the superior quality ingredients. Genoa isn't close by, but this place has stayed in my heart. The price is average, and I'd love to return to try other dishes. The background music was lovely.

Dinner in the well was a unique experience, perfect for a special occasion or a romantic surprise. The menu was extensive, the dishes delicious, and the tiramisu was fantastic. We loved the appetizer and the meat, but I wasn't too keen on the parmesan crust of the gnocchi (it was a bit bitter). Other than that, everything was delicious, and the waiters were also very kind and helpful.

What can I say: the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, the ingredients were good, and the dishes were presented with care (though not excessive). The appetizer, a main course-sized portion (the creamy calamari soup), was the only dish that lacked much character. The rest of the dishes, however, were well-cooked and flavorful. The fried food was huge, with plenty of fish and plenty of vegetables. The portions and ingredients were reasonably priced. P.S. Even though I'm sensitive to the cold, I was really, really hot!

Aside from the pesto, everything else is poor quality, bland and poorly cooked. The price is overpriced and out of line. A particular noteworthy feature is the smell of food on your clothes when you leave. The staff is always friendly.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve dinner. They gave us a memorable evening, from the attentive and professional service in the dining room to the table overlooking the kitchen, savoring the dishes the chefs prepared with such passion and meticulous attention. A feast for both the eyes and the palate. The dining room is beautiful, cozy, and intimate. Well done everyone!
