We went for dinner during our stay in Rome.
We were pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service, the traditional Roman food (carbonara and amatriciana were never so good), the top-notch wine, and the staff, always attentive to our needs.
We especially want to mention Andrei, a man with a kindness and professionalism rarely found these days, who, step by step, made our evening truly flawless. The team was very close-knit and always available.

The food is generally good quality, but the prices are rather high. The service is ok (we have to get the bread which costs 3 euros per basket and the waiter, who served still water and not the sparkling water requested, refilled both bottles...)

Everything is top notch! A restaurant few tourists know about, with perfect service and wonderful food! I recommend ordering the amatriciana.

Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia gastronómica en La Buca di Ripetta durante nuestro viaje a Roma. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa – fresca, sabrosa y muy bien presentada 😋🍷. Desde la pasta hasta los postres, cada plato fue un éxito!
Lo que realmente lo hizo especial fue el personal – súper amable, acogedor y atento 👏😊. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y se sumó a la gran vibra general del lugar.
Como turistas, no podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor para disfrutar de la auténtica cocina italiana 🍽️❤️. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar si estás en Roma – ¡sin duda vale la pena!

36 euro per due pezzetti di saltimbocca, un piatto di patata al forno, un’acqua e una insalata che aveva tutto l’aspetto di essere quella di decoro ai piatti riciclata diversamente. Sono stata altre volte in questo locale e mi sono sempre trovata bene ma questa volta delusione pura. Come spesso accade nelle grandi città quando cala il flusso dei turisti
