From the welcome to the dessert time.
Highly recommended make a reservation, after taking our table, the people started joining (all of them with already booked table).
The waiter who atended us was absolutely excellent, every unique of each of the details during the dinner was perfect.
The pasta was not an exception at this experience.
All the suggestions from the staff exceeded our expectations:
- Lamb cooked in a sauce and melted with parpadelle.
- Tatruffo bianco cream with linguine and fresh truffle on the top crowning the plate.

It was the best place we ate in Rome. The carbonara was fantastic, and we were served superbly. Before leaving, we went back because a meal like this deserves it. We let them advise us on the wine, and it was a great success. The service we received made us come back, and we would return a thousand times more.

One of our best choices as we visited Rome. By sudden we entered this restaurant. We got directly a table and the service was very professionally. We enjoyed delicious food in very nice ambiente. We had an fitting bottle of wine and the dessert was amazing. The Tiramisu was so soft, with the spoon you had not to press it through and was tasty. One of the best experiences in Rome for us.

Ci eravamo andati trent'anni fa, probabilmente sono cambiate diverse gestioni ma la qualità dei piatti e l'atmosfera antica non si è persa. Eravamo a cena e quindi abbiamo consumato un pasto non pesante: costolette d'abbacchio con patate, trippa e cicoria ripassata, due calici di ottimo Cesanese. Tutto eccellente. Torneremo prima... di altri 30 anni!

Tuvimos una maravillosa experiencia gastronómica en La Buca di Ripetta durante nuestro viaje a Roma. La comida era absolutamente deliciosa – fresca, sabrosa y muy bien presentada 😋🍷. Desde la pasta hasta los postres, cada plato fue un éxito!
Lo que realmente lo hizo especial fue el personal – súper amable, acogedor y atento 👏😊. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa y se sumó a la gran vibra general del lugar.
Como turistas, no podríamos haber elegido un lugar mejor para disfrutar de la auténtica cocina italiana 🍽️❤️. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar si estás en Roma – ¡sin duda vale la pena!
