Wir waren im April in diesem charmanten Restaurant Essen. Das Essen, der Service und das Ambiente waren einfach perfekt. Das Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich und witzig. Lieben Dank für diesen zauberhaften Abend, Buca di Ripetta!

I loved this small but interesting restaurant in the Piazza del Popolo area where I was staying for my last night in Italy. I hand picked this restaurant from the good Trip Advisor reviews. My friend and I had the fried artichoke appetizer, Casio e Pepe, and delicious eggplant stuffed ravioli with a fresh tomato sauce. The atmosphere was great, service and food also great.

Excellent trattoria, near Piazza del Popolo. My wife and I were looking for a typical Roman place to eat matriciana and carbonara but mainly we didn't want a tourist place. I must say that even with luck, when you go around new places without knowing them the choices are not always right, we made a good choice; everything excellent.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with three friends and we had a really great time. The place is quite large and very nice, with furniture and background music that create a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, everyone was very kind and friendly, starting from the charismatic waiter who welcomed us. We had some first courses and they were all very good, as was the welcome basket of bread to dip in the oil, delicious. Fair prices and good quality, we highly recommend it, especially as a relaxing stop during your Roman holidays.

Very beautiful room, comfortable and perfectly in an Italian atmosphere. Top service but efficient and friendly waiters. However, the cuisine is rather average: the portions are small, my pasta was overcooked but my partner's was perfect). The taste is great though. The prices are high considering the quality of the meal. I was disappointed for a restaurant rated in a travel guide

The braised oxtail was very delicious, and the tomato seasoning was very delicious. The fried cod was also very delicious, and the service was perfect! The service and atmosphere were also perfect!

This restaurant had a high quality feeling inside. The service was really lovely. We had a half sized bottle of red that was truly lovely. I liked the artichokes but wish they came with more of the sauce. The pasta was great quality too. We left as happy customers

The surrounding area is really very nice, so if you know 30% of the price goes to that and are ok w it then please proceed Coda alla vaccinara(oxtail) is alright. Texture was slightly chewy, the tomato sauce was lacking in body despite being already quite salty. Can skip The meatballs are really not good. The tomato sauce is more strongly herbed in this one, but the smooth texture and the mealyness betrays the use of a lot of filling, you can hardly taste meat. Skip this, it's ridiculously priced Finally the lamb sweetbread does have some caramelised flavour, texture is alright as well but also lacks flavour esp because it's done with such a mild sauce. In particular the centre of each piece is almost tasteless Food is only slightly above average, but very overpriced if you're not here to enjoy the scenery

10/12/2024: Wonderful place!! with the transposition of the Colosseum at the entrance. It has private parking, very convenient. The food is exquisite, and the quality is immediately noticeable at the first taste We took the grilled fillet (with fireplace and visible cooking), a pizza, very thin and light, and a side of chicory. We were welcomed and served by Antonio, a professional and kind person, like all the staff. I recommend it
