Ottimo locale che propone una cucina di montagna rivisitata in maniera non banale, con qualche spezia e condimento di tipo orientale. Porzioni robuste e servizio gentile. Interessante qualificare i 2 euro per il cestino del pane e la caraffa di acqua, alimenti base che giustificano degnamente l'abitudine solo italiana del coperto.

Il posto è ben tenuto, con ottimo personale, gentile e disponibile. I piatti sono buoni e abbondanti. Prezzi giusti sia per la qualità, sia per la quantità. Meglio prenotare.

29/09/2025: Ricco's Antica Trattoria is a historic trattoria that offers typical Modenese cuisine. We had a half-liter of wine and still water, followed by a grilled meat with potatoes, which was good and also abundant with potatoes as a side dish, a delicious tortellone with butter and sage, very good cod fritters, and finally a tasty panna cotta. We had 2 coffees for a total bill of €56, which I consider fair. Very friendly staff.
12/09/2025: The location is clean, but dated. The food is excellent, with traditional dishes. The service is terrible. Prices are in line with other restaurants in the area.

15/11/2025: This restaurant, now in its third generation, is still run by the same family. The very kind lady serving us seated us even though the kitchen was closing. We enjoyed an excellent mixed roast for two with side dishes at a truly excellent price. We discovered a gem in the heart of the Apennines; we hope to have the opportunity to return.
