Small restaurant on the outskirts of Pisa discovered by chance and which left us pleasantly surprised. The dishes are fresh and well executed. The service is familiar and courteous. We enjoyed laughing and joking with Saverio who was particularly nice. Will we go back? Surely. Not on Tuesday evening or Wednesday because closed for rest!

I've been coming here almost as long as I can remember... Conchiglie alla Pescatora, Gnocchi with Prawn Cream and others, practically one of those places you always gladly return to😊 Last time, Anselmo and Monica served us a Spet-ta-co-la-re apple pie🔝

I confirm the excellent cuisine reported by others and that is the reason why we chose it. However, we also found a small and welcoming place, with friendly staff who put us at ease. Excellent dishes based on fish, molluscs and crustaceans. If anything can be said, the dishes are very traditional, which may also be a plus, but they don't arouse curiosity.

23/02/2025: Il Piropo is one of our favorite places Elena and Michele are always very kind and welcoming. The kitchen offers a wide choice of dishes with their fish specialties and more. All accompanied by a good selection of wines. Recommended for any occasion!!
29/01/2025: The place is quite simple but well looked after, excellent cuisine and correct prices.
