What can I say, one of the most beautiful places in Milan, delicious dishes, excellent fish, attentive and friendly staff, we had a great time and will be back soon. I recommend booking well in advance. Highly recommended.

La Bricciola – A corner of happiness in the heart of Milan We arrived at La Bricciola on a very busy evening of the Fuorisalone, without a reservation and with little hope... and instead, in five minutes they found us a table and made us feel at home. The owner, the manager and all the staff were simply wonderful: friendly, attentive, smiling. A contagious energy! It started to rain but the atmosphere was so beautiful that it almost seemed made on purpose: chatting with the neighbors at the table, laughter, smelling good. The dishes? Very good. You can feel the love in the kitchen, and you can see the attention to every detail. The service? A full 10: quick, friendly, impeccable. And now I speak clearly: when I read those one-star reviews, I think that some people should go elsewhere — maybe to McDonald's — because those who don't appreciate La Bricciola understand nothing about atmosphere, quality and heart. So forget the acid comments and trust my review: La Bricciola is a photonic place, where you eat very well, you feel divine and you always come back with a smile. We will be back next week, without a doubt. Thanks guys, you were the best!

What I don't understand is I will never understand and why the restaurant owner responds badly to criticism. Wow - if your customers tell you there have been mistakes, try to improve the service instead of letting everyone see how sarcastic you are. Anyway. The environment is absolutely nice, the food is not bad, but I repeat what others have already mentioned in the comments: the restaurant service is not up to the level of the money that is added to the bill as "service".
