Both classic and Marnier-flavored borlenghi: thin, crispy, and mouth-watering! The slices are tender, almost buttery. The tortelloni and tagliatelle are excellent, the gnocco fritto is beautifully homemade and plump, and the tigelle are perfectly cooked with an excellent selection of side dishes. Money well spent.

Great atmosphere, great food, great people. Multiple members of our party called it the best pizza they've ever had. Really enjoyed all the pasta and other items as well.

We went there today for lunch to have the pizza by the meter, really very good, thin. The waitress was very kind. Large parking lot. I recommend it.

If you're traveling along the provincial road from Guiglia to Zocca, stop at La Braglia restaurant. Fantastic menu, traditional location, and unsurpassed hospitality. It will become your temptation, believe me.

I'm giving it 3 stars, not 4, because the house wine (both red and white) is awful and low-quality (I tasted one glass and the rest stayed there; I also told the waiter...) Aside from that, the Borlenghi are truly excellent, as are the Gnocco, Tigelle, and cured meats.

07/11/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance because it was the only one open on November 1st. The pizza was very good, the prices were good, and I'd say the service was acceptable. Okay, the cover charge is disposable, as are the cutlery, BUT WHO CARES!! Also, because it's supposed to be a takeaway pizzeria, but instead, you're seated at comfortable chairs and real, spacious tables, in a decently spacious space. There's even a TV and the restrooms are nice and clean and available.
30/10/2025: This is a takeout pizzeria near the center of Novi. It also offers dine-in options, as the large space has plenty of tables, perfect for large pizza parties with friends. There's also a bathroom (always useful). The pizza is thin and crispy, and I have to say, quite good. The battered vegetables are also excellent. There's ample private parking outside.

17/08/2025: We wanted to get away, we booked at the last minute, nevertheless we received a perfect service in quality and kindness
07/07/2025: Historic hotel that turned 60 in 2024. Friendly staff, parking available (uncovered). We stayed in the annex (so with the possibility of own timetables) good à la carte menu, especially the fillet.
