Ideal stop after a nice hike or bike ride. Traditional cuisine and pizzas. Friendly and very approachable staff, they even served us some tigelle as a welcome taster. We spent less than average. I will return if I'm in the area again.

A pleasant surprise: delicious borlenghi, good crescentine and fried gnocco, the appetizer offered with some crescentina and some sauces was also pleasant. Friendly and pleasant staff. We will be back soon. update 2024: borlgenghi of different flavors, we tried, in addition to the classics: - robiola and speck - stracchino and rocket. TOP

Many years have passed since the last time I went to Braglia and it was a coincidence that I passed by it just at dinner time. We wanted to eat something good and we were not disappointed. We ordered gnocco and tigelle for two plus a borlengo each. The waitress very kindly pointed out to us that it would be prudent to order gnocco and tigelle for one person because their borlenghi were fabulous and we would have had more.... she was right. For those who want to taste the best borlenghi of the Apennines I highly recommend this place. Good, but not exceptional, gnocco and tigelle and the associated cured meats.

30/07/2024: I have been coming to this place for a long time. It is the only place in Modena where you can taste true natural Mediterranean cuisine. The choice of fish and gastronomy is wide and always enriched with new dishes day by day as they are based on the catch of the day. It all ends with the wisdom of Salvatore the owner, who manages to explain every single characteristic of the fish and its dishes. The prices are not high but are in keeping with the quality of the product. The selection of raw fish is also excellent, ranging from various types of oysters, shellfish and tartare. Highly recommended

07/08/2024: Excellent venue. We went this evening on our way back from a night bike ride. Suggestive location under the arcades we had a really good dinner. The passatelli with parmesan cream and truffle are truly a delicacy, we were undecided whether to have a second course... 😃 The menu is anything but obvious, including fried pizza, a restaurant that offers valid alternatives to the classic Modena cuisine , which, being a local, honestly made me a little tired. Excellent service, considering that we went there late at night and absolutely fair prices. Excellent wine list. Without mincing words the best restaurant in Spilamberto, try it!!!
