Vado spesso alla Brace Food Experience, e devo dire che ogni volta è un'esperienza straordinaria sotto ogni aspetto. L'atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile, e il servizio è rapido ed efficiente. Il cibo è semplicemente delizioso in ogni portata diversa che si sceglie: ogni piatto è preparato molto bene, e anche la selezione di vini è eccellente. Riesce a soddisfare ogni desiderio culinario e la varietà è il punto di forza: dalla carne, alla pizza, al sushi. Che si tratti di una cena tra amici, di una serata romantica o di una cena di lavoro, la Brace Food Experience non delude mai. Good food. The price was a little high, but all in all we had a good time.

First time like the first kiss you never forget, food, of the highest quality, personally I tried the salmon on the coast, an explosion of my taste buds, the top service, very relaxing and trendy place, for sure one of my favorite restaurants I also recommend to everyone that the bill for what we ate was more than honest, truly a taste experience. Perfect location, very friendly and above all professional staff. Fine meat, very tasty and of the highest quality. The pizza is also very good and is offered with the best dough, it is very light and soft. If you are in Palermo it is a must to book for a culinary experience that you absolutely must do.

The restaurant is located in a central position. The environment is pleasant and elegant. The service is fast and attentive. I tried a pistachio cream burger served with fries. Good but heavy to digest.
