La Brace Food Experience In Palermo

Decent food. Not bad but far from an "experience". For example, the cheddar fondue in my opinion was a fondue of cheddar slices. I didn't particularly like the pizza, however I found the wide selection of meats interesting, including some truly refined cuts. Service a little slow for my tastes. On the menu the prices are a little higher than the average for restaurants in the same range, however the bill was an (unwelcome) surprise: much "saltier" than most of the dishes consumed and than we expected. Around 170 euros for 4 people (from starter to dessert). In essence, with a little more attention, it would deserve a rating above passing but at the moment I give 3 stars on trust.

Excellent experience, delicious meat, typical Sicilian dishes (eat and drink) a pleasure!! Kind and attentive staff.

Vado spesso alla Brace Food Experience, e devo dire che ogni volta è un'esperienza straordinaria sotto ogni aspetto. L'atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli, il personale è cordiale e sempre disponibile, e il servizio è rapido ed efficiente. Il cibo è semplicemente delizioso in ogni portata diversa che si sceglie: ogni piatto è preparato molto bene, e anche la selezione di vini è eccellente. Riesce a soddisfare ogni desiderio culinario e la varietà è il punto di forza: dalla carne, alla pizza, al sushi. Che si tratti di una cena tra amici, di una serata romantica o di una cena di lavoro, la Brace Food Experience non delude mai. Consigliato per chi vuole provare un menu molto vasto e variegato senza rinunciare alla qualità.

The best restaurant we ate at during our entire stay in Palermo, and what's more, when I discovered it, we only ate there. Pasta, meat, appetizers, pizzas, beers, wine, drinks, I can go on and on, but why.... There was simply no dish that we didn't like, there was no dish that anyone would say something bad about, and there were several of us at this restaurant several times. If I come back to Sicily, I will even go from the other end of the island to eat there. The best restaurant we have eaten at in several months.

Locale moderno , un menù che ti offre la possibilità di accontentare tutti i palati con le sue svariate scelte , personale dinamico ,preparato e pronto a consigliarti in questa esperienza culinaria! Un complimento in particolare va alla ragazza che ci ha serviti e che ci ha consigliato al meglio dall'antipasto al dessert ! Da rifare!

Exceptional timing and food. Ultra relaxing and wonderfully clean environment. All professionals of the trade. Super super recommended.
