Ottima accoglienza, è stato come essere in casa di amici attenti alle nostre esigenze e che al tempo stesso ti coinvolgono nelle dinamiche familiari. Antipasti e vino super. Fettuccine ai porcini e gnocchi con castrato fantastici. Tagliata e patatine fritte squisite. Ottimi anche i dolci fatti in casa.

Sono stato in questo locale domenica 2 marzo insieme a mio figlio. Abbiamo preso fettuccine con i funghi porcini e bistecca di vitellone che viene direttamente dal loro allevamento. Beh, che dire: carne squisita con un sapore che ricorda altri tempi cotta perfettamente alla brace. Anche le fettuccine erano squisite: considerate che la pasta viene fatta tutta a mano dalla bravissima proprietaria. Ambiente caldo e familiare, prodotti a km zero, funghi porcini e tartufi con un sapore “vero” raccolti nei boschi di Vallepietra. Se cercate un ristorante senza fronzoli dove si mangia benissimo, con materie prime di altissima qualità e a km zero e se poi, come me, siete amanti della brace, dovete assolutamente provarlo. Vi assicuro che poi ci tornerete e ritornerete come farò io domenica prossima! E buona brace a tutti!
