We had a pleasant lunch at Trattoria La Brace. The atmosphere is welcoming and warm, with a particularly evocative touch in the room with the fireplace. The owner is very courteous and approachable, making us feel at ease straight away and even allowing dogs access. The menu offers tasty and well-prepared dishes, with authentic flavors and quality, local raw materials. The saffron and bacon gnocchi tasted delicious, while Sashi's Florentine was a real highlight. The service is impeccable, attentive and professional. If you don't go for the Florentine but choose the mixed grill which is still excellent, you can eat at really honest prices that are difficult to find elsewhere. A place to definitely return for genuine cuisine and a warm welcome!

Good evening everyone ! Pleasant, very clean family place. Truly varied and high quality cuisine. unique flavors even the prices are worth what you eat. The only thing is the lack of a paper menu with visible prices. The digital menu is a micro flaw not up to par with the restaurant. Also considering the extremely kind and professional staff, the menu with the Q isn't very good as I'm very habitual I always take exactly the same things I've never paid the same price. Sometimes more, sometimes less, it's a clarification that I wanted to make. I specify again that the prices are excellent but never paying the same amount confuses me. Kind regards Claudio

Estaba en un viaje por carretera y se topó con este lugar. ¡Fenomenal! En medio de la nada, pero vale la pena el viaje. ¡Una increíble selección de carnes envejecidas, pasta tan buena como cualquiera en Italia y tiramisú para morir! Mi esposa y yo íbamos en coche desde Apulia hasta Florencia en las montañas y acaba de pasar en este lugar. Nos sentamos afuera con los camiones rodando por 10 pies de distancia, pero a pesar del olor a diesel de vez en cuando fue un almuerzo encantador! Mi esposa y yo probamos dos tipos de pasta y ambos eran geniales. Después de entrar a usar el bagno, vi un estuche de carne que tenía carne envejecida increíble. Si vuelvo a pasar por aquí, tendré que probar el filete. Si estás en esta zona, ¡no te lo pierdas!

Really top grilled meat with a real grill without charcoal smells, excellent steaks of various types, good liver sausage (rarity). Nice appetizer with fried egg and truffle (grated without savings). Good regional winery

The first courses far from the true recipe, (amatriciana and Grecia) very tough meat, (unchewable).

Ci siamo trovati per caso sulla strada...stavamo cercando un ristorantino per pranzare prima di tornare a casa dal ritorno di un week end a Cascia. Ci siamo trovati non bene ma benissimo....accolti da una cordialità pazzesca...ottimo cibo,materie prime di qualità....Massimo e Marco sono persone eccezionali....ci hanno fatto sentire a casa.Ci hanno offerto anche i biscotti fatti in casa da loro da mangiare li e da portare a casa. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo Lo straconsiglio🥰😍😍
