La Brace In Umbertide

Last night I had the pleasure of eating at "Ministero della Brace" for the first time, even though the place has been around for 17 years, which confirms the professionalism and solidity of the business. Everything was delicious, the freshest ingredients cooked with love by Mr. Nino and served by his inseparable brother, a family-run business that takes you back to times gone by. Thank you so much, because in addition to eating wonderfully and drinking Nino's fantastic rosolio liqueurs, I felt enveloped in a warm embrace. I highly recommend it. The price is absolutely fair.

Nino is not only a fabulous chef but also a very personal host. Love the way he cooks all types of fresh fish and pasta. Everything, even the olives, are his creations! Deliciosa!

If I could give 10 start I will. The most delicious food that we tried in Mola. Nino made us feel at home, offering fresh and home made food. Higly reccomended if you're looking for a genuine and local experience. Bravo!

We went to Nino's twice, and his food was truly wonderful. All the dishes and drinks were prepared by him, very delicious homemade food. He served us marinated anchovies with lemon juice, and the next day with mint, which really changed my perception of anchovies. He served us a full menu, which was delicious from the appetizer to the dessert. He ended with a wonderful liquor tasting. It was very warm, with excellent service and prices.

Typical Italian cuisine. Here, the chef himself is still in charge of the kitchen and serves the food. For me, as a non-fish lover, the mussels were a dream. The homemade bread and olives were also simple, but absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable for the location.

Authentic regional restaurant. Everything was delicious. We ate there twice.

This restaurant serves authentic food, simply cooked with excellent results. We tried several dishes, and they were all truly delicious, including the artisanal marinades, the pasta dishes, and the freshly caught fish. It's not just a place to eat, but also a place to spend a pleasant time, thanks to the friendly owner, Nino.

During my stay in Mola di Bari, I've been to this restaurant three times and it has NEVER disappointed me. Nino is an atypical host, and being at his restaurant feels like home. The dishes are excellent, all freshly prepared (special mention for the "rice, mussels, and potatoes," "roasted mussels," and his marinades). Excellent value. If you're passing through, don't miss it.

Everything was spectacular, the quality of the food was superb, compliments to Nino (the chef) also for the roasted mussels which were incredible.
