I've gone here several times and everything is always great! The pizza is delicious and super light, the meat dishes very good. I also tried the fish dishes, truly exquisite and with attention to every detail. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices normal. I recommend trying this restaurant, especially if you find yourself in Foligno sometime!

We had a great time. The pappardelle with wild boar and the Luciana-style octopus are excellent. Generous portions. Very kind staff ready to satisfy every customer request. Congratulations to all the staff.

Serata prenotata dalla signora Francesca della Villa dei Cedri, permette anche di avere uno sconto sul conto. Pizza molto buona, ma per chi volesse gustare una cena a base di pesce, i piatti sono abbondanti e appagano anche la vista. Buono il servizio e il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Con mio marito di passaggio a Foligno di lunedì sera abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante, che dire ......era da tanto tempo che non mi capitava un primo così abbondante ed anche molto buono, ottima anche la pizza con forno a legna. Anche il conto molto molto ragionevole. Da prendere in considerazione e ritornarci presto Grazie a tutti

10/12/2024: We had dinner a few evenings ago in this restaurant surrounded by greenery. I think the place should be experienced during the day and in the warmer periods, given the immense green space around, but in any case the experience was nice all the same. Rustic location with a beautiful fireplace and wine barrels as a backdrop. We relied completely on the staff, who served us a hot appetizer made up of various delicacies (see photo), tagliatelle with ragú with cream and truffle, grilled meat, lamb and veal morsels with truffle. All very good and the portions were generous. Friendly and helpful staff, service was quite fast. Large private parking available outdoors.
07/10/2024: Collefiorito is not just any restaurant. It is a sensorial experience, a journey that takes you straight to the heart. Extraordinary location, refined dishes and courtesy and care of all the staff. Mr. Enrico with his family welcomes you as if you were the most important guest. We go back whenever we can. And when we leave we always leave a piece of our heart. You can't find a place like this anywhere else. So if you find yourself in these parts (we come here on purpose!!!), enjoy this truly unique experience. Maria Rosaria and Massimo
