Quite rustic restaurant in the heart of Garbatella, offering authentic Roman dishes. Friendly and casual staff... it offers typical Roman dishes of medium-good quality... I didn't like the gricia at all, but the spaghetti with scorpion fish was really good... fried anchovies for a fantastic appetizer, definitely try them

Excellent first and second courses. We ordered a carbonara and a gray one and, as a second course, a portion of sausage. The owner, very nice, satisfied my wish by making me taste a meatball with sauce. Highly recommended!

Best meal we had in Italy. Also best service. Try the fried anchovies and tiramisu. Owner is a sweetheart. Take 30 minutes to get away from the city and the tourist traps and enjoy La dolce vita here.

The host was incredibly friendly and very helpful to translate the dishes into English and recommend good wine. Enjoyed talking football with him also. Great local experience

Abbiamo organizzato una cena di compleanno in questo ristornate che offre sia piatti della cucina romana sia pizza al piatto. La scelta è stata ottimale per soddisfare tutte le esigenze del nostro gruppo di oltre 20 persone e tutti hanno apprezzato i piatti ordinati. Il servizio è stato verace e gentile e siamo rimasti molto contenti della qualità dei piatti e dell'ottima coordinazione con la cucina. Il clima disteso e l'affabilità di tutto lo staff ha reso la serata ancora più piacevole. Sicuramente un'ottima soluzione per una cena con amici.

Ristorante molto legato alla tradizione. Sia negli arredi che nella cucina. Primi piatti tipici romani, abbondanti al e al giusto prezzo. Piacevolissimi i dolci. Personale molto simpatico

17/08/2024: With 15 euros each you will be satisfied until the next day. It's not exactly a chic place, in fact there is a lot of confusion and overcrowding in just a few square meters of space. Great location, it's not the usual tourist catcher, but it's honest cuisine. The price is honest (even low, I daresay), the portions are enormous: we had taken a first course each and a second course divided by two, but we couldn't take it and left. If we had known before we would have taken a first course and a second course divided by two. Excellent carbonara and amatriciana, beware of anyone who preaches the opposite. Very high quality/price ratio (two excellent carbonaras passed off as just one at the price of 15 euros or less), the only flaw is too much confusion given the influx of tourists (rightly so).
14/08/2024: Very friendly and kind staff. Traditional and quality cuisine. I tasted the carbonara, really excellent; I will definitely come back when I return to Rome to try other dishes!
