Osteria with fixed menu, the food is excellent and the environment is friendly and informal. If at first glance it may seem like a home environment, in reality they are professionals in the sector; despite the fixed menu they easily presented me with delicious alternatives as an alternative to dishes with garlic, to which I am allergic. I really appreciated the care and attention they put into it. A real tavern with very nice staff.

In viaggio per lavoro abbiamo provato questo locale con valutazioni eccellenti. La location è estremamente informale ma simpaticissima, e il festival degli antipasti strepitoso. Siamo riusciti anche a provare i primi, fettuccine al tartufo e sempre fettuccine con le zucchine, anche questi buonissimi. Accoglienza e servizio puntuale e che mette a proprio agio il cliente. Temo diverrà tappa fissa nei miei viaggi tra Roma e le Marche.

Grazie al mio compagno ho scoperto questa chicca a pochi chilometri da casa. Cibo di altissima qualità a km0,un viaggio del gusto. La gentilezza dell'oste, Stefano,ti fa sentire a casa e sarà proprio lui che verrà a servire il risotto con il tartufo grattugiato fresco. Se passate di qua dovete fermarvi alla Botteguccia e magari, perché no,chiedere del tavolo degli innamorati...

13/07/2024: Well patronised restaurant in town centre. Pleasant rapid service. I had tagliolini with fresh truffle, which is now going to be my chosen last meal. Words cannot fully express the total joy of this dish- I would go back tomorrow to eat this again. And again….
16/06/2024: I stopped to eat in this restaurant after participating in a race that took place in Gubbio. I found it very elegant and refined, as well as clean and well-kept. The extremely professional and trained staff. The dishes I tried (the trio of carpaccio and the maltagliati with Chianina ragù) were really delicious as well as plentiful, I have nothing to report, in fact I once again congratulate the chef here too! They also offered us two brustenghi with ham that you see in the photo! If you want to eat well and be safe I highly recommend it!

21/08/2024: Lunch in chiaroscuro, we had 2 first courses which were not bad, good and well made, while as a second course we took a position of wild boar, among other things advertised as a specialty, absolutely rejected for us, prices slightly above the average for the place, excellent service!! !
21/08/2024: We ate in this restaurant in the center of Bevagna and I would say everything was really delicious from the appetizers to the first courses and desserts, good service and an adequate price.
