We were there on Sunday for lunch, for a pleasant moment with friends. The place is quaint, the service excellent, and the owner was kind and approachable. There is no menu: they are the ones who propose and serve the various dishes. We started with 7 or 8 delicious starters, followed by two first courses and a second course, all cooked to perfection and with authentic and characteristic flavours. A truly fantastic culinary experience! 100% highly recommended.

Too bad there are only 5 stars! You sit down and they take care of it, no menus and frills. Super friendly and dynamic service. Everything super, beautiful environment and how the innkeeper handles the potato... Well there is neither for anyone. Moka coffee... And the Cracchi on duty.... All silent... Here you win by hand. A MUST stop if you pass through Colfiorito. Beard's word....

Accolti senza prenotazione e senza attesa iniziamo a cenare. Una carrellata di antipasti ed ognuno raccontava l’Umbria a tavola. Personale gentile ed attento…oste cordiale e disponibile. Prezzo giusto e porzioni più che abbondanti, abbiamo rifiutato alla fine un ulteriore piatto per sazietà. Da ritornarci.
