Very good food, fresh produce, and generous portions. The only flaw is the service: we had booked for 1 p.m., but we were seated after 2 p.m. For better service, it would be nice if reservations were made mandatory, or not on Sundays.

Three Zingarellis wouldn't be enough to describe this place. It's simply EXTRAORDINARY. The food is excellent, the staff is super, and the atmosphere is welcoming. It's a must-see for anyone stopping in Colfiorito. I recommend everyone to go there.

A quaint place, with quality food, and I believe it's local; you can tell from the taste that it's not industrial. The staff is made up of very talented and enthusiastic young people, but the place is completely inadequate for the number of people who were there. The tasting menu price of €38 might have been in line with the quality, but definitely not with the place or the quantity.

We stopped in as tourists from Abruzzo and were greeted by the owner as if we were family. It's a true osteria! Kindness and quality come first! You don't have to be picky, otherwise this "rustic" place isn't for you. The waiters were excellent, always smiling, and the table was always well-stocked. The service was efficient and fast, and the food was all hot, plentiful, and above all, fresh!
It was Sunday, the menu was fixed, and the price was absolutely right for the quality and quantity!

I’m vegan and we reserved a table without realising the restaurant offers a set menu exclusively. Luckily for us, the host is a legend and the atmosphere is friendly. They accommodated a vegan menu on the fly. Tasty, big portions, local food.. trust the process! What more can you ask for? 5/5

The best osteria I've ever been to in all of Italy (they're in the Castelli Romani area). The atmosphere is that of a true osteria; they bring you what's available, you can't order. There's a strong community feel. Everyone is friendly.

A wonderful experience with excellent, locally sourced, home-cooked food. They bring their own fresh produce of the day, including lots of vegetables, cheeses, pasta, small portions, and samples of many homemade dishes with traditional flavors. We ate like crazy on the fixed menu, which included everything for €30. We had a wonderful time, the service was excellent, with just the right amount of time to digest between courses, and everyone was very kind and friendly. Highly recommended, a special place!
