A great place for lunch or dinner. In Slovenia, prices are a bit higher than in neighboring countries, but still bearable for the wallet :). The food is very tasty and nutritious, served in specific portions. The service is very nice, Poles can communicate easily because they can easily understand each other due to the similarity of languages. A very cozy place, created in a highlander atmosphere, where you can feel at home and relax.

Eating here was a simply splendid experience. Arriving with a group of friends for a hen party, we were warmly welcomed despite the late hour in a small and picturesque place. The house wine was delicious, the cured meats exquisite, the cheeses accompanied by a magical pepper sauce prepared by them. Also theirs is the focaccia, which they cooked on the spot and filled to our liking. Even more than this I and we appreciated the owner and the waitress, who treated us with extreme kindness and sympathy. Both we and the future bride will carry this place in our hearts.

Small, very characteristic restaurant both in terms of decor and menu. You can taste all the typical dishes created with local raw materials. I recommend the homemade pasta, the carbonara and the cacio e pepe are excellent but the ribollita is also worth trying. The platter of cold cuts is plentiful. The Florentine tripe with some variations is particular and very good. The tiramisu and homemade biscuits are traditional but pleasant. Definitely affordable prices given the quality of the products. A note of thanks to the owner Massimiliano who is always courteous and helpful.

Tested on 04/12/2024. Beautiful location in the heart of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Very nice owner. Excellent cold cuts and cheese platter. Unforgettable carbonara with fresh pasta and fantastic pappardelle with meat sauce. Adequate price. Extremely recommended.

Magnificent experience, the owner Massi is extremely kind, friendly and above all welcoming. The Schiacciata prepared by him is very good. A place where time seems to have stopped. The word Massi uses is "ENJOYMENT", and it is exactly like that. A place of enjoyment. We'll be back soon 🔝

I ended up without food with my 3yesrs old son, nothing was open around and the owner (unfortunately didn't catch his name) helped and served us a pizza even tho he was closed. Gentleman and pizza was amazing. Many thanks Sir. Highly recommended for atmosphere, knowledge about toscany and good food!!!
