We stopped by pure chance... beautiful place... very kind staff... I ate the best lampredotto sandwich of my life... truly another planet... highly recommended!!!

Excellent service with a kind and polite welcome from all the staff, even those who stay behind the counter to cook and work do not deny you a greeting and a smile. Excellent cuisine and perfectly served, the quality of the raw materials is excellent. The place showcases its products with a nice counter and an open kitchen; unfortunately the space is small, it deserves more seats, but in spring I think they also activate the stalls. I'll be back

The pig's bistro is located in the center of Montecatini, it has a wide choice of sandwiches and burgers. I had the Schiacciata with cooked ham, pecorino, lettuce and tomatoes while others at the table had the hamburger with lampredotto. There are tables outside and inside.

03/02/2025: Un box di cristallo intimo con vetrate sul panorama dei colli di Quarrata. Location arredata con gusto, cucina a vista e abbinamenti ricercati ma genuini. Nota dolente: un menu che si presenta popolare su un foglio volante di carta. Antipasti e primi fanno le scarpe ai secondi meno originali.
