My food was OK but not for worth the 43 euros bill. The best part was the antipasto of ham and cheese then I had a salad which sounded more exciting than it was, chunks of chicken in a tomato sauce which also sounded better on the menu, a glass of wine, cantucci and vin santo.

An unassuming little delicacy. We only wanted a panini and ended up staying there. Great wines, outstanding ragùs. Ate it, and we were thrilled! Bought it, and we were thrilled. A recommendation for anyone who enjoys little delicacies. Unfortunately, you can only eat these delicacies there or take them home. But you can't order them online. 😩😩😩

What can I say.... Perfect combination; the quality of the typical local products that blend with the kindness and availability of the one who welcomed us today (Mrs. Gabriella), who, despite having to divide herself between the tables of the consumers on site and those who stopped for sandwiches, (it is a shop/restaurant), was able to manage everything with the utmost professionalism. The height of excellence came at coffee time, when we saw her arrive with tozzetti and......LA COFFEE MAKER (sublime). Thanks to Sabrina and Maurizio (the mainstays), without whom we most likely would never have discovered this small characteristic place.

We wanted to eat some bruschetta and crostini. We were pampered and spoiled, but above all satisfied. Seated at the tables on the stairs to the right of the place, the lady let us taste some of their products and I must say that everything that arrived at the table was good. if you are walking and have a desire like ours, this is the right place

Locale piccolo ma molto grazioso, abbiamo assaggiato ottimi piatti tipici del posto spendendo il giusto. La proprietaria è stata davvero gentile nonostante fosse da sola.

Piccola bottega dove è possibile fermarsi a mangiare dei prodotti del posto. Noi abbiamo trovato una signora gentilissima che si dava da fare per servire tutti i clienti. Brava e gentile.Si possono trovare dei primi caldi e anche degli ottimi taglieri con salumi e formaggi. Prezzi ottimi .

09/06/2025: Characteristic tavern where you can find fabulous food and very friendly staff. Here you can find typical Tuscan food: I went there with my friends and the three of us had a platter of cold cuts and cheeses (very rich and almost filling on its own), then we divided two first courses and a second course that were really good. We arrived at the end of lunch full and satisfied. Highly recommended also for the staff: friendly, laughing and playful.
27/05/2025: Informal place, sandwiches and pizza. We ate and spent little, there were about twenty of us all on motorbikes. Recommended

31/03/2025: E' la terza volta che ci fermiamo in questo ristorante. Le prime due volte siamo venuti in estate ed abbiamo mangiato all'aperto su una bella piazza di Monte San Savino. Questa volta invece abbiamo mangiato all'interno, in una caratteristica sala molto accogliente. Servizio quanto mai rapido e cortese. Il menu non è molto ricco ma offre piatti tipici della cucina toscana, a prezzi assolutamente concorrenziali. Abbiamo preso un tagliere (per 2) di affettati e formaggi; porzione "generosa" e gustosa! Poi io ho scelto un piatto di porchetta (molto molto tenera!) e mia moglie il piatto del giorno "coniglio arrosto e carciofi" (ambedue molto buoni). Il vino "della casa" in realtà è una quanto mai onesta bottiglia di Toscano rosso, (e non una caraffa di sfuso), di buon spessore. Per finire tiramisu e crostata di fichi e noci. Il tutto molto buono. Consiglio assolutamente questo locale per chi è in cerca della tradizione toscana (tra i primi: ribollita, pappa col pomodoro...) in un locale caratteristico, pulito e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo quanto mai positivo. E' anche possibile acquistare porchetta, salumi e formaggi da portare a casa.
18/03/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questo piccolo e caratteristico locale senza prenotare ed abbiamo avuto fortuna di trovar posto poiché era tutto prenotato (di martedi...). Noi siamo stati molto bene, cibo buono e vino altrettanto. Servizio veloce e cordiale. Consigliato.
