First of all, the noodles themselves were really delicious because they were handmade. The seasoning of the food itself was just right and the sauce was so clean and delicious. The menu doesn't seem to be fixed, but if I had known about it earlier when I was in Rome for 3 days, I would have visited once a day because it was so delicious. I really recommend eating here rather than going to a mediocre pasta restaurant. There is no seating, the price is satisfactory, and the atmosphere feels like eating at a friend's house in Italy. I ordered 3 dishes and they were so delicious that I thought I would explode. I wanted it spicy so I asked for crushed chili peppers, but the owner gave me fresh chili peppers separately because it was too spicy. He is a real owner who is serious about food. All the employees are kind and this is a pasta restaurant that has everything!! Go again, go twice! Thanks to the owner, I think I finished Rome with delicious pasta and good memories. If you read this post, I will say thank you again.

Very small place because it is a fresh pasta laboratory, there is no bathroom but if you are not too demanding you can enjoy an excellent plate of fresh pasta in a short time.

Amazing lasagna, highly recommend

I found it by chance. The food was super good. They served us very well, very patient with the children and with us. There are tourists like us, but also locals. The place is small, with just four tables for four, one for two, and two counters that can fit about nine people, but it's very nice!

Informal environment, with tables and benches. Their strength is the kindness and goodness of the pasta. Behind them, they have their pasta factory, the beating heart of their business. We had two plates of gnocchi in sauce with pecorino romano. A specialty! The flavors are perfectly balanced! And the amazing gnocchi! They melt in your mouth! I also made the slipper! They also have excellent side dishes, but I'm a pasta lover :) next time we'll definitely get more pasta or maybe we'll do an encore with gnocchi.

I don't know why this place has a high rating. The food was ok, but not great at all. The service was bad, they spoke english, but they didn't tell us the instructions correctly. This place was small, not many seats and no toilet at all.

Avevo visto questo locale durante una delle mie passeggiate. Avendo proprio voglia di pasta, sono entrata con mia sorella per un pranzetto. Il locale è piccolino, ma curato, con due/tre tavoli e un bancone cui appoggiarsi per consumare il proprio piatto. All'entrata, vicino alla cassa, un cartello indica che non c'è il bagno (purtroppo). Mettendomi in fila per ordinare, l'esperienza non era iniziata proprio bene. Il proprietario, che stava cercando di comprendere cosa stesse dicendo una turista straniera prima di me (alquanto confusa), si è alterato, rivolgendosi a me con toni non proprio cortesi perché mi sono spostata per leggere il menù in italiano. Ero tentata di andare via, ma poi l'equivoco si è chiarito e ho apprezzato molto le scuse. Quando ci siamo accomodate, i piatti miei e di mia sorella sono arrivati in pochi minuti al bancone. Abbiamo ordinato una carbonara e una aglio, olio e peperoncino con melanzana che erano veramente ottime. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, il condimento perfetto, i prezzi nella norma. Insomma, ne sono uscita molto soddisfatta e credo che replicherò questa esperienza. L'unica cosa da migliorare, secondo me, dovrebbe proprio essere la presenza di un piccolo bagno per i clienti.

Ragazzi fidatevi: le migliori lasagne rosse e ai carciofi di Roma!STELLARI!! Personale gentile, alla mano, prezzi onestissimi. Autentico miracolo per essere al centro di Roma!!
