Perfect place for a quick and delicious lunch. The first courses are really delicious and all with fresh handmade pasta. The pappardelle with "alpine ragù" was special, not to mention the kindness of the owners. 5 well deserved stars

I found this place while walking through the streets of Rome and I was immediately struck by the fresh pasta counter and the welcome of Monia, the owner who together with her husband manages this family business, which made me feel at home. The pastas were one better than the other, there being 5 of us, I had the opportunity to taste various types and I must say that the pappardelle with ragù and the cacio e pepe with artichokes really amazed me. I will definitely come back to try other dishes feeling at home!

There aren't many tables, so you'll have to wait if the timing isn't right. But it's so delicious that you'll have to wait and eat it!! Because we make and cook the noodles ourselves, there may be different dishes every day ^^ The carbonara was a little salty, but both the pasta and lasagna were delicious ^^

I had carbonara, two glasses of white wine, and antichokes. I knew it, but the noodles were handmade and very delicious. The price is also reasonable. Is it a hidden gem? Avevo visto questo locale durante una delle mie passeggiate. Avendo proprio voglia di pasta, sono entrata con mia sorella per un pranzetto. Il locale è piccolino, ma curato, con due/tre tavoli e un bancone cui appoggiarsi per consumare il proprio piatto. All'entrata, vicino alla cassa, un cartello indica che non c'è il bagno (purtroppo). Mettendomi in fila per ordinare, l'esperienza non era iniziata proprio bene. Il proprietario, che stava cercando di comprendere cosa stesse dicendo una turista straniera prima di me (alquanto confusa), si è alterato, rivolgendosi a me con toni non proprio cortesi perché mi sono spostata per leggere il menù in italiano. Ero tentata di andare via, ma poi l'equivoco si è chiarito e ho apprezzato molto le scuse. Quando ci siamo accomodate, i piatti miei e di mia sorella sono arrivati in pochi minuti al bancone. Abbiamo ordinato una carbonara e una aglio, olio e peperoncino con melanzana che erano veramente ottime. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, il condimento perfetto, i prezzi nella norma. Insomma, ne sono uscita molto soddisfatta e credo che replicherò questa esperienza. L'unica cosa da migliorare, secondo me, dovrebbe proprio essere la presenza di un piccolo bagno per i clienti.

Oramai da diversi anni mi reco in questo locale nei pochi momenti di tempo libero ma, nonostante trascorra tanto tempo tra una visita e l’altra, non cambia minimamente la bontà e la genuinità dei piatti. Il personale e i titolari sono sempre cortesi e professionali sia con i vecchi che con i nuovi clienti. Sempre pronti a dare un consiglio nel caso in cui si sia indecisi su che cosa scegliere perché c’è davvero l’imbarazzo della scelta. Consigliatissimo!!
