If you want to eat the best carbonara in the world, you have to come here. There's little to say other than PERFECT. Not too salty, not too bland, crispy but not greasy bacon, unparalleled pasta. I repeat, PERFECTION.

Overrated, the quality of the pasta was good, but the pork in the carbonara tasted burnt... the cheese had a very strong taste... And the lady serving didn't speak English and had a bad face... she didn't ask if I wanted a drink, I had to get a cold water that was at hand when I hate cold water... you have to shout for them to come out and serve you...

A simple concept executed perfectly: fresh pasta made with an appropriate sauce and a good selection of sides. My pappardelle was well prepared, chewy and coated with a rich pork and tomato sauce. A side of shredded and dressed white cabbage was a crunchy accompaniment. Also some fresh from the oven crusty bread was perfect for collecting the last of the sauce. Very reasonable prices, lovely staff who have the patience of the saints in dealing with confused tourists from all over the world. Recommended.
