Impeccable and excellent service with a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. Excellent, exquisite cuisine that's anything but ordinary. Traditional dishes with excellent presentation and pairings. A well-maintained, centrally located location with an intriguing look. Definitely worth a try, even with your pet! 🐶

We found the place on Google, drawn by the Slow Food awards it's received for several years in a row, and we were very pleased. The variety of wines and the precision and deliciousness of the dishes are the jewels in the crown of this inn. The price is fair for what you get; if we ever pass through Pistoia again, we'll definitely be back!

After selecting restaurants in the center of Pistoia, I opted for La Botte Gaia. It's an excellent place from every perspective. The excellent food is divinely prepared. The service is provided by young, well-trained and, above all, very attentive staff. The unique setting, housed in an old building, is located in the old part of Pistoia, near the fruit and vegetable market, in a charming square.

Great restaurant in the charming old town area of Pistoia. We tried a few different dishes, from the lasagna to the entrecote, and they were all truly delicious. Top quality ingredients and fantastic flavors. Friendly and attentive service. Our top choice in Pistoia and hope we return one day.

17/11/2025: Nice restaurant. Informal atmosphere. Original dishes. Not just the (sometimes boring) standard Tuscan fare. Florentine people occasionally stop by for a bite to eat.
