A Pistoia abbiamo molti ottimi ristoranti e due o tre eccellenze assolute... Una di queste è senz'altro la La BotteGaia ️ Ogni volta una conferma, ogni volta un'emozione... Avere ospiti amici provenienti da fuori provincia che si alzano da tavola semplicemente entusiasti, è un piacere e la conferma che avevamo scelto giusto... Ps. Tanti piatti eccellenti, ma quel Capocollo di maial8no cotto a bassa temperatura me lo sognerò per diverse notti... Poesia

I've been eating here for years because it was a guarantee! I brought 3 friends and honestly the food was banal, nothing special. Maybe something has changed in the kitchen?

Very nice and welcoming place. Friendly service, but a little slow (long wait between one dish and another). The starters and dessert were very good, however the Florentine steak was unfortunately too hard.

Ottimo ristorante, posizione centrale dietro a piazza Duomo. Tagliatelle al ragù di cinghiale e tartare di livello. Ambiente piccolo ma ben curato. Bravi, merita....

Christmas lunch with a typically Tuscan fixed menu but with genuine and delicious dishes. Very courteous and nice environment. Osteria that is truly worth it! I'll be back

14/01/2025: A good restaurant in Pistoia where you can stop if you are in these parts... it is close to the center and the location is very nice and welcoming. The staff is welcoming and kind in describing their menu. you will be spoiled for choice... Although personally the dishes should be a little more abundant... I recommend the house wine which is excellent
