Discreet location on a street corner, but definitely worth it! Excellent pizza, excellent glasses of local Vernaccia white wine. Very friendly staff.
The excellent owner shared the last of the bottle of Vernaccia with us at the end of the meal...! A very pleasant and friendly experience, even with the language barrier.
We highly recommend this small, friendly, beautifully decorated, and very clean restaurant.
Thank you to them.

The service was super friendly and helpful, spoke several languages, and was responsive to guests' requests! They even made a special "Gspritzter Weiß" (wine spritzer for German colleagues), although it's unknown in Italy!

Okay, so I am rating this based on the value of this place!! A great rustic little spot, so quintessentially Italian. It was great 'homestyle' Italian food. The mushroom and truffle cream bruschetta was delicious, as the marinaded mushrooms paired beautifully with truffle. Also the Grandma's meatballs main was savory and would pull on any Italian's heart strings. Pasta's are quite popular from we saw and heard, and the bruschetta menu was quite impressive in variety. The staff knew the menu inside and out could readily pair a wine with your food. We sat downstairs which was super quaint, as you kind of are in an old cellar area. Also outside seating along the lane. A fun and tastey little family run joint.
