Ristorante dove NON tornerò sicuramente , ma non per il cibo che è di buonissima qualità, ma per l’estrema freddezza della cameriera/ titolare / non lo so, comunque unica figura presente nel locale. NON Esiste UN SORRISO, UN GRAZIE ! NON SI PUÒ FARE QUEL GENERE DI LAVORO E NON SORRIDERE MAI , NEANCHE DOPO AVER PAGATO 200 euro ! Cambia mestiere! Assoluta antipatia . Sembra scocciata, mai più!

High prices and slow, too much service... I also understand it was Sunday and the waitress was alone My rating is high anyway because the quality is excellent and the menu is non-canonical :)

Nice place with both fish and meat dishes, with some ingredients that are found in few places such as the snails which I appreciated and the passatelli asciutti with fish ragù, the mixed fried fish with vegetables was good, all freshly cooked, I I also appreciated the glasses of wine, for me it's a must try

Были здесь с друзьями . Великолепное обслуживание , хотя на весь ресторан была одна молодая девушка . Карта вин впечатляет , выбор богатый . Ризотто со сливками, горгонзолой и красной репой, трио тартара, медальоны из морских гребешков были замечательны . Если еще раз будем в Доцце , то обзательно посетим этот ресторан .

18/01/2025: I've been a regular customer for years now, everything is always impeccable, it's really a shame only for the chef who forgets the extra noodles every time, he has to be reminded of them on time and they arrive when I've run out of broth.
15/01/2025: The "without reservation" formula is interesting for those who want to have a quick and hot meal. Honestly, though, I expected something more from the ramen itself. I took the wagyu ramen which certainly had a very good broth and meat, but the remaining dish was meager in quantity and not of great quality (noodles definitely not made by them). It's a shame, because with a plate of €26 you almost wake up still hungry (and I'm not that big of a glutton). Very fast service and very kind guys, but prices a little too high for the dishes offered and the place which in any case does not recall Japan at all.

La Tana dell’ Orso

11/01/2025: Tried it for the first time but it deserves a second and even a third pass. We ate a very good appetizer of Crostini dell'Orso, delicious crescentine, excellent tagliatelle and very tender and tasty sliced ​​beef. To finish, a fantastic semifreddo and chocolate cake. Very welcoming, clean and familiar place. The owner is very kind and nice and her daughter is a chef with a lot of creativity. Congratulations, I recommend it.
