Tijdens een heerlijk weekendje Milaan ontdekte ik La Bottega di via Laghetto, en wat een vondst! Dit is geen standaard restaurant, maar een echt Italiaans walhalla waar je de passie voor eten en wijn in alles proeft. De huiswijn wordt hier gewoon uit een tonnetje geschonken – puur, smaakvol en precies zoals het hoort. In combinatie met de steaktartaar en de authentieke Italiaanse sfeer voelde het alsof ik even in de hemel was beland. Alles ademt hier traditie en kwaliteit, zonder poespas, gewoon zoals de Italianen het zelf graag hebben. Voor wie Milaan écht wil proeven, is dit een absolute aanrader. Ik kom hier zeker terug!
